I agree that a balanced diet of all sorts of real food is probably the best way to go. That said, eggs and beef are the most nutrient dense foods we have available to us. You primarily eat vegetables for the fiber. Don’t get me wrong, vegetables have vitamins too and are of course high in fiber. Well maybe except for icebergs lettuce which has about as many nutrients as cardboard. But you could live “forever” eating nothing but beef and eggs. By comparison, eating broccoli and kale only will have you malnourished fast. My main problem with a beef only diet is the cost. The only way to make it doable is to buy a whole cow from a local farm and freeze it. It’s ~$5.99/lb if you do it that way.

Not true at all. Fresh vegetables and eggs are the cheapest things in the grocery store and the most nutritious. You could eat a salad(lettuce, cucumbers, carrots) with eggs 3x a day, everyday and not spend more than $50 for the MONTH. If you want some carbs, a 20lb bag of Japanese brown rice is only $40 and it will last you 6mo or more! And if you catch chicken on sale you can get it for .99/lb. The problem is not cheap food. The problem is people who refuse to cook real food and would rather eat premade slop out of plastic containers.

This November will be 60yrs since JFK was murdered. American society was just as chaotic in the 60s as it is now. People were just as stupid then and the cities were even more run down and corrupt. The one big thing I see that has changed is self sustaining small towns/rural areas are pretty much nonexistent. They have all become bedroom communities for the shit hole cities everyone has to work in. The effect of which the clear separation between public rights and private rights is pretty much nonexistent now also. The government can grant civil rights and their goal is to get everyone under their jurisdiction. This is why everything that comes out of Congress is some type of “Care” act. Yeah it’s over and Congress is mostly the cause. But you can’t blame them really, people love free shit.
Yeah I’ve seen that headline and it’s horseshit. There was an article prior to rona that described how retailers, including Target and Walmart, were going to have to close a bunch of stores. That’s the part they’re leaving out; The stores were closing anyway. And it’s not because of Amazon either. They aren’t making any money because nobody has money to buy shit. I’ll make a post about this if I have time because what’s going on is clear once you look at it from the retail has gone bust perspective.

Honestly, maybe you’re right, anything is possible. Who knows. However, I think it’s a more improbable story that she was Black Widow on a mission from Nick Fury. I don’t think she gets clapped by a security guard with a beer gut if that were the case. It makes more sense to me that they were paid actors that day and they knew what their marks were and when they were supposed to hit them. But there are a lot of unknowns too.
Regardless of the diet you pick it is very hard to permanently lose weight by diet alone. Your body will compensate for fasting and other diets and eventually you just regain all that weight you lost. If you want to lose weight and keep it off start by ignoring the scale and use a skin fold caliper instead. Then start some kind of resistance training and add in an hour walk or 30min run. Next oversimplify the foods you eat; a couple protein types, a couple carb types, and a couple fat types. That’s all you eat every day for every meal. No alcohol, no sugar. Do that for 8 weeks and you’ll lose at least 50lbs probably more. The how of losing weight is incredibly simple. The difficulty is that it’s just boring as fuck.
