Unless your rich enough to have a cook or afford 300$ dinners, I guarantee your eating alot of unhealthy food.
Not true at all. Fresh vegetables and eggs are the cheapest things in the grocery store and the most nutritious. You could eat a salad(lettuce, cucumbers, carrots) with eggs 3x a day, everyday and not spend more than $50 for the MONTH. If you want some carbs, a 20lb bag of Japanese brown rice is only $40 and it will last you 6mo or more! And if you catch chicken on sale you can get it for .99/lb.
The problem is not cheap food. The problem is people who refuse to cook real food and would rather eat premade slop out of plastic containers.
