Yes to both. And it’s not that difficult, but you have to be committed to doing some leg work and spending some time in the law library. In my opinion the birth certificate is not that big of a deal. What makes you a US citizen and not an American Citizen is using the SSN. You can use a CPN instead and still work a job. Again it’s not that difficult but you have to know your shit and rely on that when questioned by the plebs.
Regardless of the diet you pick it is very hard to permanently lose weight by diet alone. Your body will compensate for fasting and other diets and eventually you just regain all that weight you lost. Do that for 8 weeks and you’ll lose at least 50lbs probably more. The how of losing weight is incredibly simple. The difficulty is that it’s just boring as fuck.
