I was raised in church of Christ, many different views within that category. I definitely agree with most of SDA doctrine, a few areas I could debate, but it's very solid. A lot of churches teach some weird stuff derived from theology without solid basis in biblical teaching

I grew up in Los Angeles in the 60's and 70's. The air was absolutely shitty. However, the beach was much cleaner. The mountains were cleaner back then also. Definitely changed
Cars and trucks ( had over 200,000 miles on my last truck and it never needed a tune up) Tires (needed to replace every 10,000 miles now 50,000 is no problem) Lots of stuff is better Cordless tools that are almost on par with corded tools, battery life gets better every year
