Wouldnt be hard. They had thousands of artists all compartmentalized. Making what they thought was mock or training props. They built a 1:1 scale model in the desert, using bombs to recreate the moons craters, exactly. But this video I remember from years ago really got me thinking. Mostly deleted now...
At the peak of our Apollo program, an estimated 400,000 Americans of diverse race and ethnicity worked to realize President John F. Kennedy’s vision of landing humans on the Moon and bringing them safely back to Earth
I think its plausible that they could have had a 1000 artists working for them, each one doing some little piece, never being allowed to see it all put together. Sounds alot like how the military and the government operates.
I seriously doubt it happened. No, I'm not a FE guy.
So you think that all those documents, images, video and audio recordings were fabricated?
Not all of them. Just the moon landing part.

Even better, that would absolutely be the FIRST AND LAST TIME THE GOV WOULD FABRICATE RECORDS. Thanks for pointing that out, slick.
What's your point?
What do you THINK my fucking point is? I shouldn't have to break this down for you, buddy.
Yes
