To establish the truth, we must start by considering what is possible, what is probable and what is likely. If we keep our minds open and discuss the various theories, but not so rigid that we can't alter our beliefs, we may narrow our focus on the target. I believe that extreme scenarios were promoted early to get people to "lock in" and keep them from ever discovering the truth.
We have a lot of facts, but it's important not to draw conclusions based upon those facts alone. We need to explore the unknown variables that would factor in to the final equation.
I wonder if anyone has gathered just the facts regardless of if they support a desired result and fed it into an AI model to see what an unbiased assessment might be. I'm not talking about a commercial AI that most likely has gatekeepers programmed into it.

It doesn't sound like a false flag to me. It appears to be that they've had enough and they understand that those in government are not going to help them or do anything about it. Kinda reminds me of the early days in Vietnam before troops went there. They appear to be setting up a civil war and it's going exactly as planned. Why do they want civil war? In multiple countries? I believe they want us to depopulate ourselves because they want it and want to appear to not be involved.
One more comment. Generally,the people who "have" in those areas prefer to be the big fish in the small pond.

I can see what's going on there is similar to many towns in Oklahoma. Most of the run down housing is likely on tribal land. You only lease the land from the tribe, they still own the land. Nobody wants to invest where they can not hand down to the next generation or easily sell. Palm Springs California is similar. Developed land is primarily in the "fee simple" areas. Drugs are definitely a big problem in those areas. The lack of jobs is another big problem as well as how development moves to the interstate highway system. Malls throughout the nation will continue to decline due to online shopping. That's going to be an issue everywhere. Brick and mortar stores will become few and far between in the decades to come. The King's entourage (government workers) have a huge advantage in those areas because they have the steady income needed to purchase a house. I don't think it's much of a conspiracy as much as it's just the way things are going. Nice video
5 minutes into the video and I can confirm that old money in those towns don't want revitalization because property values go up and the taxes follow. This is an issue in Oklahoma as well as Arkansas. That's the simple answer and I've heard the exact same thing that guy say in an eastern Oklahoma town. Many other factors as well.
