If it's using a . 223 round, it's small and highly powered, so it will go right through a person with little damage. If it's not a shot to the head or heart, it will seldom be fatal. If the shooter was just spraying the crowd, then this is exactly the outcome expected.
Hmm, I've tried 4 different browsers, 5 different downloaders, and 3 different devices. I've even tried changing VPN locations to different countries. That's how much I'd like to see it, but nothing will find the video.
