Well its weird you say that, because ive mentioned this before. When I had covid and almost died when I ran out of phosphorous, I was doing alot of research into strengthening your lungs, and breathing exercises are part of that.

Its amazing how just taking a minute to take a few deep breaths and clear your mind can make you feel better. Im sure humanity has been monitoring o2 levels for at least a few decades now. If it was decreasing, they would tell us, right?

Ive always struggled with my weight, but ever since being poisoned and having my phosphorous crashed, oh man I am so fucking hungry all the time. To scared to fast more than 18 hours. I used to do three day fasts about once every other month, usually a 24 hour fast once a week. And I still intermittent fast everyday. Normally dont eat breakfast, will eat dinner and some snacks in a 4 hour window.

But ive went from 280 to 380. Im guessing the phosphorous is giving me this enormous appetite.

I hauled alot of buckets of water out of the well, lot of logs, lot of heavy stone when I was a kid. I carry a bit of muscle.

Being fat is just terrible though, terrible. I was walking down the road the other day and some black teenager on the schoolbus yelling at me to lose weight. I told him getting medical help would be a good start.

If my phosphorous was normal, id be doing a five day fast once a month until I got back to my normal weight, 280 which is what ive been since I was like 16 and full grown lol. I dont really care so much about what I look like as much as I do about how I feel.

I feel like if I tried to do a three day fast, id run out of phosphorous and die lol.

All I will eat for a day is a huge salad full of cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, (its the only way to make me feel full eating leaves), with something like 70g of hamburger. (also, I try to use a minimal amount of dressing, and was making my own with olive oil for a bit, but then olive oil became stupid expensive, of course)

And I still GAIN weight, its BULLSHIT. I would totally blame it on the pop, as im drinking something like 2 liters a day to satisfy my craving.

Ive quit drinking pop for years at a time, and its literally done nothing to help me lose weight either, fasting is the only effective method that I have found but you cant do it when you have fucking blood abnormalities.

The pagers began beeping just after 3:30 in the afternoon in Lebanon on Tuesday, alerting Hezbollah operatives to a message from their leadership in a chorus of chimes, melodies, and buzzes. But it wasn’t the militants’ leaders. The pagers had been sent by Hezbollah’s archenemy, and within seconds the alerts were followed by the sounds of explosions and cries of pain and panic in streets, shops and homes across Lebanon.

Powered by just a few ounces of an explosive compound concealed within the devices, the blasts sent grown men flying off motorcycles and slamming into walls, according to witnesses and video footage. People out shopping fell to the ground, writhing in agony, smoke snaking from their pockets.

Mohammed Awada, 52, and his son were driving by one man whose pager exploded, he said. “My son went crazy and started to scream when he saw the man’s hand flying away from him,” he said.

By the end of the day, at least a dozen people were dead and more than 2,700 were wounded, many of them maimed. And the following day, 20 more people were killed and hundreds wounded when walkie-talkies in Lebanon also began mysteriously exploding. Some of the dead and wounded were Hezbollah members, but others were not; four of the dead were children.

Iranian-backed groups like Hezbollah have long been vulnerable to Israeli attacks using sophisticated technologies. In 2020, for example, Israel assassinated Iran’s top nuclear scientist using an A.I.-assisted robot controlled remotely via satellite. Israel has also used hacking to stymie Iranian nuclear development.

In Lebanon, as Israel picked off senior Hezbollah commandos with targeted assassinations, their leader came to a conclusion: If Israel was going high-tech, Hezbollah would go low. It was clear, a distressed Hezbollah chief, Hassan Nasrallah, said, that Israel was using cellphone networks to pinpoint the locations of his operatives.

“You ask me where is the agent,” Mr. Nasrallah told his followers in a publicly televised address in February. “I tell you that the phone in your hands, in your wife’s hands, and in your children’s hands is the agent.”

Then he issued a plea.

“Bury it,” Mr. Nasrallah said. “Put it in an iron box and lock it.”

He had been pushing for years for Hezbollah to invest instead in pagers, which for all their limited capabilities could receive data without giving away a user’s location or other compromising information, according to American intelligence assessments.

Israeli intelligence officials saw an opportunity.

Even before Mr. Nasrallah decided to expand pager usage, Israel had put into motion a plan to establish a shell company that would pose as an international pager producer.

By all appearances, B.A.C. Consulting was a Hungary-based company that was under contract to produce the devices on behalf of a Taiwanese company, Gold Apollo. In fact, it was part of an Israeli front, according to three intelligence officers briefed on the operation. They said at least two other shell companies were created as well to mask the real identities of the people creating the pagers: Israeli intelligence officers.

B.A.C. did take on ordinary clients, for which it produced a range of ordinary pagers. But the only client that really mattered was Hezbollah, and its pagers were far from ordinary. Produced separately, they contained batteries laced with the explosive PETN, according to the three intelligence officers.

The pagers began shipping to Lebanon in the summer of 2022 in small numbers, but production was quickly ramped up after Mr. Nasrallah denounced cellphones.

Some of Mr. Nasrallah’s fears were spurred by reports from allies that Israel had acquired new means to hack into phones, activating microphones and cameras remotely to spy on their owners. According to three intelligence officials, Israel had invested millions in developing the technology, and word spread among Hezbollah and its allies that no cellphone communication — even encrypted messaging apps — was safe anymore.

Not only did Mr. Nasrallah ban cellphones from meetings of Hezbollah operatives, he ordered that the details of Hezbollah movements and plans never be communicated over cellphones, said three intelligence officials. Hezbollah officers, he ordered, had to carry pagers at all times, and in the event of war, pagers would be used to tell fighters where to go.

Over the summer, shipments of the pagers to Lebanon increased, with thousands arriving in the country and being distributed among Hezbollah officers and their allies, according to two American intelligence officials.

To Hezbollah, they were a defensive measure, but in Israel, intelligence officers referred to the pagers as “buttons” that could be pushed when the time seemed ripe.

On Tuesday, the order was given to activate the pagers.

To set off the explosions, according to three intelligence and defense officials, Israel triggered the pagers to beep and sent a message to them in Arabic that appeared as though it had come from Hezbollah’s senior leadership.

Seconds later, Lebanon was in chaos.

With so many people wounded, ambulances crawled through the streets, and hospitals were soon overwhelmed. Hezbollah said at least eight of its fighters were killed, but noncombatants were also drawn into the fray.

In Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley, in the village of Saraain, one young girl, Fatima Abdullah, had just come home from her first day of fourth grade when she heard her father’s pager begin to beep, her aunt said. She picked up the device to bring it to him and was holding it when it exploded, killing her. Fatima was 9.

On Wednesday, as thousands gathered in Beirut’s southern suburbs to attend an outdoor funeral for four people killed in the blasts, chaos erupted anew: There was another explosion.

Amid the acrid smoke, panicked mourners stampeded for the streets, seeking shelter in the lobbies of nearby buildings. Many were afraid that their phone, or the phone of a person standing next to them in the crowd, was about to explode.

“Turn off your phone!” some shouted. “Take out the battery!” Soon a voice on a loudspeaker at the funeral urged everyone to do this.

For the Lebanese, the second wave of explosions was confirmation of the lesson from the day before: They now live in a world in which the most common of communication devices can be transformed into instruments of death.

One woman, Um Ibrahim, stopped a reporter in the middle of the confusion and begged to use a cellphone to call her children. Her hands shaking, she dialed a number and then screamed a directive:

Im kinda shocked we dont have rotating chambers so they can simulate gravity.

But ive seen plenty of videos where its obvious they are using wires, so I dont know. Maybe its cheaper to just fake the videos, then have people actually living up there.

One of things I always wondered about is air line crew, like pilots and stewardess/stewards.

They had to fight hard to get insurance to cover the higher rates of cancer in the industry.

According to the cdc this is simply not true.

Several studies of aircrew have shown that overall and cause-specific cancer mortality is low compared with the general population despite these additional occupational exposures. As compared to people who do not fly for a living, pilots and flight attendants might be more likely to develop skin and female breast cancers, but reasons for this are unclear. CDC provides more information on cancer in aircrew, including steps that might reduce skin and breast cancer risk.

A big concern for the health of astronauts is exposure to radiation. On Earth, we are protected from most space radiation by the planet's atmosphere, but on the space station and further afield, this is not the case and astronauts are exposed to far more. All of these will reduce their chances of getting cancer.

As a cancer research scientist who works on DNA damage and how it causes cancer, I am not surprised that this study concluded no substantial effect on cancer risk. However, in a decade or two time the picture may be very different. Larger numbers of astronauts who have spent great spans of time in space will be reaching old age where even normal people are quite likely to get cancer. It may be that historically shorter spells in space have little-to-no effect, but those with longer stints start to show an increased risk of cancer.

It could be as simple as trying to protect these people without undermining the publics trust in the program. But i certainly as fuck dont know.

I do know that video is very low resolution which would make it easy to doctor, and that it does appear to be a water cup with water in it. And not some weird experiment involving density of liquids in a sealed container or something.

I assume something like oil and water would separate out on its own after time. Not from gravity, but mainly waters ability to attract itself.

Separating fluids without gravity is complicated Oil and water, for example, separate because they have different densities—the denser fluid (water) is heavier and sinks while the less-dense fluid (oil) floats. Without gravity, the oil and water mix freely and must be separated by alternative means.

There is no way these fools can gurantee that the pagers/radios dont end up in the hands of civilians, or go off not when in a public crowded place, which is what appeared to happen to alot of them.

Apparently they decimiated a bunch of medical staff and doctors, and people saying they must be hamas so they deserve it.

Pretty sure that they treat both sides regardless of affiliation. Not everyone who is on the hamas side is terrorist, children have no say in any of it. Im sure that some of the doctors had pagers or radios in case someone needed medical help.

This is the work of a devil in my opinion.

Like MCMoneypants says (lmao), radio waves arent going to give something more explosive potential than its already got. That goes against basic physics/chemistry. You could maybe accumulate that potential in something like a capacitor though.

I think its more likely they had somethign like tannerite in them, relatively stable, wont explode if you drop it, or get in a car wreck. But overloading a lithium battery would prolly give it enough thermal energy to start the reaction.

Really insidious. Pagers were the main way they communicated, so they blew them up. Waited a couple days for them to switch to the radios, and blew those up too.

Their ability to communicate is pretty much done.

Beamforming is when they are flooding a targeted individuals body with certain frequencys using cell phone towers or 6g or something.

They had radio, movie, books, magazines, educational journals, etc locked down for years.

Gaming was always just kinda nerd thing, for us weirdos.

Now that its mainstream, they feel they need to turn it into a corporate propaganda machine too. Most of us real gamers dont want any political or sexual shit in our games.
