Well its weird you say that, because ive mentioned this before. When I had covid and almost died when I ran out of phosphorous, I was doing alot of research into strengthening your lungs, and breathing exercises are part of that.
Its amazing how just taking a minute to take a few deep breaths and clear your mind can make you feel better. Im sure humanity has been monitoring o2 levels for at least a few decades now. If it was decreasing, they would tell us, right?

Oxygen concentration in ocean depends heavily on temperature, salinity, balance between plankton and algae and many other factors.
