I used to have a perfect heart, its still ok, but the "few" pvcs I get have just continued to wear my heart out. It used to sit at a perfect 60bpm, and thats one of the reasons they kept telling me there was nothing wrong. They would listen to my heart for 60 seconds with a stethoscope and go "sounds healthier than my heart dur dur".
Now my heart sits around 58 and fluctuates up to 90-120 for no ryhme or reason. I'm fairly open about the fact that I am chronically ill. Usually I tell people it's just an autoimmune disorder, since it's fairly close to the truth. On a rare occasion, I will lie and say this all stared after I "got COVID". On an even rarer occasion, I will open up and be honest and say that all of this started around the time I got vaccinated.
I'm always terrified of the response I'll get. Or of being shut down or challenged, like I've already encountered innumerable times by health professionals. Or worse, people saying things like "Well, I got COVID/vaccinated, and that didn't happen to me. So you must not be that sick."
