That is not about their law at all. Science is about honest proof and repeatability of that proof by anybody. So, if it is impossible to obtain unexpired vaccine vial from regular batch honestly, there is an artificial problem to prevent science to work as expected. And this is a proof too.
So the question is - is there any country in the world where random unopened and unexpired vial from regular vaccine batch could be obtained in the way accepted by scientists. If not - this is a 100% scientific proof that there is an intentional vaxxers trick to prevent any scientifically accepted analisys of that vaccines. If such country exists, it is a way to explore vaccines. If no scientist wish to use that way, it is a scientific proof too. A proof that this is not about science at all, regardless of what all that "scientists" in biochemistry, medicine, virology, etc. could tell you.
Of course they can steal (in Russia, however every vial have QR code and it should be scanned on every logistic point and on the disposing empty/expired vials, so stealing become more complex, but definitely still possible)
But the point is - you can't publish a solid scientific paper about the illegally obtained sample. So, even if you got a stolen vial, it is useless in terms of official science. Also, to reproduce the research from such paper, another team should also break the law.

In Russia there is absolutely no any legal way to obtain an unopened vaccine vial from the batch used for regular jabs. There no way to buy or get vaccine vial for private party. Official scientific organizations could order sample after authorization by special order. This would not be the sample from regular batch.

Another case - low programmer skills. Nowdays there are a lot of programming languages with lowest possible entry level. People who are so dumb that they can't understand how computers works, now become programmers. They write extremely inefficient code, because they don't know how things work. Since programming language is purposely made to run any stupid garbage that programmer could write without throwing out error, it finally works, but very inefficiently. This allows to pay much less for programming. Combining that with previously described case, this make managers and CEO's happy.
Really, only rare cases need significant amount of time where that spinners could be reasonable, but usually, competent programmer will use some informative log, describing what computer doing now, instead of that dumb spinner.
That kind of attacks should be used as wide as possible.
In Russia we have state agency Roskomnadzor, initially it was some kind of FCC, but now it is internet censoring entity. Every provider have to prevent user access to the list of URL's and IP's that agency spread among providers. Providers heavily fined for disobeying. Since only dumb person will work for state censoring agency and create censorship laws, they obviously made all that crap as crappy as possible. Eventually, that agency became some kind of official state clowns in the eyes of Russian internet users.
Humiliation began from simple trick - censored domain owner just set his A record of domain to the IP of some government service. Since domain is banned, everything it point to should be banned too. Roskomnadzor iself was in banned state many months during the years they propagate censorship. Other goverment sites too. Now they have another list of domains that should not be banned, but it is still incomplete and from time to time different government services become censored.
Using different social media to provoke Roskomnadzor to censor them also works perfect. They even banned GitHub mutiple time, inducing the hate even in most loyal internet users.
Setting IP of censored domain to 127.0.0.1 also works very interesting way - it hang some commercial censoring solutions, since that solution bans its local interface and stop working.
The war of Roskomnadzor against Telegram in Russia was an excellent source of lulz. And state finally lost that war. (Telegram itself is a shitty BigBrother entity too, but that is another story)
Now in Russia every single internet user know what VPN is, how to use Tor and other systems and that deputies who issue that dumb internet censoring laws and bureaucrats and employees of Roskomnadzor are fucking stupid morons.
Even simple methods could be successfull in the fight against intrusion of state and corporations into internet. So they should be used widely at the earliest opportunity.

As for booster shots, they obviously can't work endlessly. After a few shots, your immune system began to trash that similar shots like any other pathogen without a chance for them to deliver something new.
