"Cyber security" in their minds means not what average computer user or IT engineer think. It is all about total surveillance. The final goal is to have an ultimate undeletable surveillance software in any gadget and computer running their OSes. Apple is in too.
The only workaround is to get rid of anything Apple/MS/Google/Amazon/Facebook/etc. you have. Fortunately there are still enough alternatives where you are a user and owner with full control, and not a commodity.
And this is serious. Just think a little, what is the real reason for you to use that shitty social networks, crappy software and damned smartphones from Big Brother. I bet that is not functionality or some useful options. You will find that the only reasons to use that crap is only your laziness and stupid desire to be "not worse than others".
