In Russia there is absolutely no any legal way to obtain an unopened vaccine vial from the batch used for regular jabs. There no way to buy or get vaccine vial for private party. Official scientific organizations could order sample after authorization by special order. This would not be the sample from regular batch.
As far as I know, in EU you could buy vaccine only in form of shot to your body.

One guy videoed himself walking out with a vial he was handed by a pharmacist.
Said he wanted to read the label.
Im sure the nurses and pharmacists can steal one.
Of course they can steal (in Russia, however every vial have QR code and it should be scanned on every logistic point and on the disposing empty/expired vials, so stealing become more complex, but definitely still possible)
But the point is - you can't publish a solid scientific paper about the illegally obtained sample. So, even if you got a stolen vial, it is useless in terms of official science. Also, to reproduce the research from such paper, another team should also break the law.

That is not about their law at all. Science is about honest proof and repeatability of that proof by anybody. So, if it is impossible to obtain unexpired vaccine vial from regular batch honestly, there is an artificial problem to prevent science to work as expected. And this is a proof too.
So the question is - is there any country in the world where random unopened and unexpired vial from regular vaccine batch could be obtained in the way accepted by scientists. If not - this is a 100% scientific proof that there is an intentional vaxxers trick to prevent any scientifically accepted analisys of that vaccines. If such country exists, it is a way to explore vaccines. If no scientist wish to use that way, it is a scientific proof too. A proof that this is not about science at all, regardless of what all that "scientists" in biochemistry, medicine, virology, etc. could tell you.
