Tons of men from Venezuela showing up here in Denver looking for work. The Mexicans don't want them here and won't give them work. They keep telling them to go to New York. The Mexicans don't trust them, they say they're trouble

The board of directors run the CEO. Board meetings suck, I usually get fired after attending them.

Is it possible that they shut down a tech startup lender to consolidate the industry? Perhaps they feel the AI they have is enough to accomplish their goals and don't want any new competition

I just recalled reading a story from 4 or 5 years ago about the government purchasing a lot of coffins. At the time I dismissed it as preparation for boomers starting to die off because they are getting around that age and the government was just trying to "level the cost of coffins" by buying now instead of a big spike later creating inflated prices. Maybe it was 6 years ago

California has always had cycles of drought, fires and then flood. Many native plants need that cycle to reproduce. That's also how the streams and rivers get reclassified with gold. Gold panning should be good for a couple years, not like the gold rush though because the streams had numerous cycles to build up deposits before it was discovered. Most of the mountain west is quite the same. Just look where the biggest placer mines were and that will show you where that cycle dominates

So agree on Proverbs. I'm glad my parents - grandmother pushed it on us so hard when we were little. It definitely makes it easier to see what's going on. Most of the bible is just history. Prophecy is for confirmation

Strange thing about apologies, your friends don't need them and your enemies won't accept them. One day at a time. I was not in the least bit offended

Jesus is the only leader of his church. The problems arise when men think they are more than a Shepard. A shepard guides and protects the flock.

I find it odd Russia appears to be targeting select areas. They could bomb just about anywhere in Ukraine they want. Something really smells bad about what is going on there
