In the Bible, simply being human is enough to be condemned. Sin is punishable by death(hell), any sin. There's no such thing as a sinless human(except Jesus), which means all humans have sinned and deserve hell. In other words, we're all condemned as we have been put in a situation where not sinning, ever, is impossible.
This means that unless they accept Jesus, every human in the eyes of Yahweh deserves eternal torture for simply being the way he made them.
Not only is Jesus dying for our sins unjust, but Yahweh's requirement for us being sinless is also impossible to reach, by design. The Christian doctrine is immoral and illogical.

Personally, I don't get the point of the memory wipe. If this was either a:
1)prison for some sin we did as souls
or
- a school to learn something
Then why don't we remember why we're here? Why are we made to forget? Why hide, confuse us with silence and allow dozens of religions to exist, spreading lies and half-truths all over the place? Students know they're going to school. Prisoners, even the worst prisoners at least get the courtesy of knowing what crime they're being sentenced for and that they're going to jail. Also, I don't think they can actually erase our memories but put a veil on it, I believe our souls remember everything and that's how some are able to remember past lives. If the memory wipe was absolute this wouldn't be possible.
