Clean water is extremely important but are not the only factor on disease rate nor mortality. For example. maybe sanitation did mostly reduce the incidence of measles. But with a cut off graph and inappropriate scaling, it is impossible to tell if the vaccine helped (or hurt) the incidence. It is important to note I am not defending COVID-19 "vaccines" since these are an entirely different beast backed by malice and are not true vaccines
