Because i have discernment and deductive reasoning skills. Like many here, I can read between the lines— I took a course on documentary film in college and learned how to frame arguments, take things out of context, manipulate the viewer—
So it’s not about the documentary being “credible,” it’s what it did and didn’t show, how the edits were done, etc. The most effective propaganda has bits of truth peppered in.
So you take what you know with you into the film, and not take everything at face value— just use logic, reason, etc. to deduce calculations on how likely something is to be true or false.
The man is Roseanne’s son. He asked “Buzz Aldrin?” because that’s who the fuck it was and she had told him the story in confidence. She says, “Who’s Buzz Aldrin?” And he smiles…
C’mon dumbasses. Use deductive reasoning or gtfo

Guess I was just thinking of Cana-dia
I was just replying in context to the statement about “not training animals to kill each other” kinda thing. I think dogfighting is dumb, morally wrong— but sheepdogs kicking a coyote’s ass i have no problem with. Same for using them to hunt game, as long as you or your dog eats it or uses it constructively.
It’s the betting (mafia)
And the winning of bets (tax collectors)
The cruelty to animals, the state uses as propaganda. A trip to any modern slaughterhouse should result in charges being filed.
Unless you are hunting wild/feral game, You should hang an animal upside down and cut it’s main vein.
“DON’t BE SCARED FOLKS, IT WAS JUST A ROUTINE EVERYDAY MURDER.”
