I can tell you for a fact as someone who has had Crohn’s disease for over 30 years, that I can gain 5 pounds of inflammation overnight if I eat the wrong kind of food… and nowadays, when I say the wrong kind of food, I really mean what OP said… whatever was IN the food, even it was “organic”, is causing the toxic Inflammation response.
Most Americans aren’t obese from the amount of food they’re eating, I agree with OP, that most are inflamed and permanently bloated from the toxins in the food, air, and water, put there purposely to keep us addicted, obese, unwell, cash cows for big Pharma, while slowly killing us, and taking care of depopulation.

From the thousands of near death experiences I have read through and watched, the one common denominator is that religion (not spirituality) is man-made, but parts of Christianity and Buddhism are the two that get it the most right. We are all apparently connected, connected by love, which is apparently the greatest and most powerful force in existence.
Catholicism is all about control, by the way. At least the protestant movement put the Bible back into the hands of the populace, although lately, it’s turned into a D&I woke crap show, and for that reason, I no longer attend church, but I continue my spiritual journey in my personal relationship with the God of love and his son, Jesus Christ, he did exist, and by the way, there is a real heaven in a completely different dimension that has completely different laws of physics that here, It’s nothing like most people think it is, it’s a dynamic, Amazing, extraordinary place and a very high-level existence… we come here, to this constructed universe, to learn lessons and continue our soul progression as we cannot accomplish that where we normally live. But that’s a conversation for another time :)

9/11 was an inside job (didn’t get that until a few years later) and most vaccines are just poison. I already knew most medications were poison and they are to prolong your illness and not heal you as I’ve had Chron’s disease for over 30 years and I’ve been off all pharmaceuticals for the last 10. I’m healthier now than I was for the first 20 years eating organically versus being a guinea pig for every medication you can think of (humera,remicade, etc.)All of my Crohns doctors throughout the years have been Jewish and all of them said Crohns is not caused by anything you eat or in the environment. Spoiler alert, Crohn’s disease is 100% caused by everything you eat, and the environment around you. It’s not fucking rocket science. Coincidence? (No) I have a lot of anger against what they put me through. Never trust a jew.
The main satanic players who are executing this plan, meaning many of the people who lead and attend WEF, really need to be taken off this planet NOW. Unfortunately, I’m not going to be the person who does it because it would feel so fucking satisfying to shoot them in the fucking face knowing you’re sending them home to hell, but I pray to God people who have that kind of background and can get away with it start stepping up, and I will be cheering them on and praying for their safety from the satanists every step of the way.

It actually is that “easy”. They want our vibrations slow and low, they want us depressed, demoralized. they want us to vulnerable, etc.
Being positive, loving, kind, etc. does truly create ripples, as everything around us is vibrating and energized, including ourselves, but that’s not something I’m going to go into now. Suffice it to say the evil ones do not want those ripples starting.
It’s that “easy”, but in a satanic world, where we are constantly being bombarded by their sadistic evil in every way imaginable, it’s hard as shit to be positive. This is by design by the evil ones.
