Exactly. When you look at a lot of this "evidence" and you exercise your imagination and try to dream up the sequence of events from origination to when it appeared in front of you, you inevitably think, "Seriously, WTF is going on? How did this ever make it out the door?"
Some people read these obvious, lame, hacked together elements as signs that "They're so in control that they don't have to be careful anymore," or that, "They want us to know they're lying to us." Not me
If They're so in control, then why bother with the endless psychodramas? Don't they get enough votes in Congress, a puppet Resident, and a corrupted Supreme Court to just do what they want?
And if They want us to know They're lying, well, did They not notice that very few notice these production flubs (present company excepted)?

I would say the operative phrase here it "seems to be", and trust me, I definitely agree that it seems to be as you say.
However, what I believe is happening now is a Quiet War fought with mostly silent weapons. The weapons don't actually need to be silent, because their effects are explained away as something else which virtually everyone readily accepts.
In the instant example, underground nuclear strikes become earthquakes (which is literally the effect) but with no suggestion that they are other than natural. With alert and knowledgeable study, these "earthquakes" are quite mysterious indeed, and there have been numerous examples over the past few years.
There's is a long list and a wide range of such events, and each of them is trivial and transient on it's, but also--again with close scrutiny--quite anomalous. They are all quickly lost in the tornado or monkeypoxes and Uvaldes and #LatestThings, but collected and analyzed they tell quite a tale.
I think of of them as small ripples on the surface of Loch Ness: if you examine them closely enough and carefully enough over the course of time, I see no reasonable explanation other than that monsters are being fought deep beneath the surface,
Not quite on point, but for anyone thinking/hoping Gov. Greg Abbott is Trump in a 10-gallon hat, just observe his actions regarding this closely and see if he tries to get to the bottom of it, or what objections he displays to these type of "events" going on in his state.
And I'm someone who thinks Trump was/is basically playing n-D chess, so I don't discount that type of scenario. Trump already had some rote tweet about this, but he's an ordinary citizen with no investigative or enforcement powers so what the hell else was he going to do. Abbott is up for examination here.
I clearly see the "restraining" part, but I don't actually see the "executing children and teacher" part. It's almost as if parents are being prevented from running in and getting a good look at the precise facts and circumstances regarding the "executing children and teacher" part.
The DUMBs are facilities belonging to "Them", away from any surveillance, law enforcement, casual observation, etc., and used for human trafficking, adrenochrome harvesting, cloning, mind control centers, God only knows what.
Set off a nuke inside and collapse it beyond repair, and "They" are now deprived of the use of that facility for any purpose whatsoever.
Trust me, you're on the right track with the openness of your mind to novel perspectives. If you're pretty new to all this and if I may be so bold, here's a few items you might keep in mind as you examine and analyze events and think there might be shenanigans afoot:
- If I could think up some lie or trick, why wouldn't they be able to?
- If they would be advantaged by telling a lie or pulling a trick, why wouldn't they?
- There is always a higher-level perspective to see things from.

You know, I'd totally agree with this, but I think they have dozens of other DUMBs so they wouldn't need to use all this subterfuge over decades just to get one more.
I should say "had" dozens of other DUMBs, because I think a lot of them have gotten nuked over the past few years.
To give a somewhat larger context, I've noticed that starting with the Vegas ghey op, the planners themselves started throwing out a dozen different "conspiracies" for each event. The element you have raised here would be one such shiny object for unwary conspiracists to pick up and argue with other conspiracists about.
The autists were getting too good and too quick at deconstructing the ops, so this technique was adopted as the response to that. If they can't get you to believe what the normies are told, then they will hand you a fat, juicy "truth" themselves. Just so long as they keep you away from reality.

A guy named Pastor Sam Honnold has been interview a couple of times in recent weeks by Dave Hodges. He's mentioned some evidence that, whatever else he's said and done, Greg Abbott is deeply compromised.
One story he recounts concerns the governor of Tamulipas, Francisco Cabeza de Vaca, who is a wanted criminal in every state in Mexico but his own. He traveled to Texas a while ago to meet with Abbott, and neither Abbott nor the AG arrested him. Given the amount of heat the cartels are feeling from AMLO, Honnold went on to speculate that Texas and some of the northern states of Mexico may be planning a secession from both countries and a unification.
