The CO2 stays in the atmosphere for like 200 years (or so they say) which is why it's a big deal to them. Water falls back to earth within a few days or weeks.
Don't confuse my comment for support for their narrative. I simply understand it well enough to know it's not this much of a strawman
And here's the part where i say the thing we don't want to hear.... we need to be there to accept them and encourage them. This is how you give them the red pill. They will either use this as an opportunity to grow or as an opportunity to become dejected which will result in dead weight or worse, aggressiveness.
This is definitely lining up with the sequence of events. It's too obvious:
- Create conflict to constrain food and energy (phase 1 complete now)

- Use military to control supply chain choke points (coming soon)
- CBDC required to obtain items controlled by 3
Globalist use arguments that nation states should forgo their national interests in lieu of global good. For example, developing basins shouldn't be allowed to industrialize because it's bad for the -economy- i mean the environment.
Democracy is rule by majority interest not necessarily by popular interest. Also populism implies the opposite is special interests this ie. ant-"elitism". It can be used both by the left (eg Obama) and the right (ie trump)
Potentially spiritual. Could also be something like the havana syndrome except with 5g
