This is definitely lining up with the sequence of events. It's too obvious:

Create conflict to constrain food and energy (phase 1 complete now)
Roll out CBDC / social credit (we are here)
Use military to control supply chain choke points (coming soon)
CBDC required to obtain items controlled by 3
