I don't know... maybe decades of fluoride in the water and vaccinations have changed that calculation. I can't think of any white people that I know of at work or in my personal life that I would consider more than average in their abilities or their comprehension. Most of them are woefully ignorant in just about everything. I understand your case for what white people have built in America and historically throughout Europe, but I think that seed has been poisoned through chemicals and mass hypnosis via television. I would say that intelligent white people are an endangered species.
The idea of waking up the masses is a fantasy, IMO. I've see the term "Wake up!!!" at the end of comments and articles for decades. Everyone thinks they are the ones who are awake to what is really going on. I have a feeling that none of us have a clue about what is really going on in this world.
It sure did get hushed up by the news. You would think this would be headlines for months, tracking down how they set one up in our country and what the purpose was. Clearly this was an Intel operation in collaboration with them.

You could probably acquire your own datacenters for a lot cheaper than 44 billion. There is something in the twitter farm they want.
I focus on things in my control and try to put more effort into manifesting the future I want. It is easy to imagine a dark dystopian future with all of the information we see. It colors our perspective of reality and makes us believe in that drab future. Take some time each day to focus on what you want the future to be. Draw pictures of it. Do what you can to influence the collective condciousness towards a brighter future.
Maybe they are expecting lightweight glasses that can produce hires video. VR was cool for a while, but you are totally limited by time (the time it takes to get a headache).
Either those projections become a thing, lightweight glasses become a thing, or neuralink makes the peripherals unnecessary.
It would be interesting if claims like this came about to explain naturally occuring changes on the moon. Perhaps some facet of the moon's nature could be ascertained if we knew that craters could suddenly appear. Whether volcanic activity if the moon really is a solid object, or evidence of something happening on greater earth if it is a reflection.
Most work is just daycare for adults. People cause trouble if they don't have something to do.
Of course now people have so many things to entertain them at home like video game, movies, social media, that it might not be the same kind of trouble as it would've been 30 years ago. One of the reasons governments like to keep their countries in conflict with each other is because during peace time people start paying more attention to what their government are doing and trying to get involved. This is not a good thing if you are one of the world controllers. You have already picked who will be in each political office, and you don't need some hotheads trying to pretend that democracy is real.
And people will still defend it to their last breath, even with hindsight vision. They never want to admit they were duped, even with such stark fascist statements like this brought back to life after the "crisis" is over. Anyone with even a small amount of functioning brain should be incensed that their government would dare talk to supposedly free citizens in such a manner.
