I’m seeing the same in my life. We’ve had a few people drop dead and also a bunch of surgeries and cancers amongst colleagues. If people survive the first few months after the vax, they stabilize. But, we still have no idea how fertility and birth rates will play out, which is why I mentioned a multi-generational decline is possible.

I eat once a day, mostly all protein (ground beef with organs is my favorite) with some low oxalate veggies and fruit for dessert. I take a few supplements (NAC, tumeric w/black pepper, D in the winter) and walk regularly. I do a 72 hour fast once a month. I hardly lift weights but I’m ripped and chicks like me.
