I agree. If there's one thing I've learned about politics, it's that most people only care about the economy. I know "principled" Libertarians and Democrats who voted for Trump because their businesses did really well under his presidency.

Many of Bill Clinton's supporters only supported him for the same reason.

Freedom and social issues take a back seat when it comes to people's money and I can't imagine people were voting democrat this election with the way the economy is, aside from the brainwashed leftists you see on social media.

Leadership is important, TPTB know that and that's why they ensure we either have no leadership or they supply that leadership and their job is to make us believe something is being done.

Take Trump, for example. He promised to drain the swamp, lock up Hillary, etc. All we had to do was show up and vote. Instead, he did nothing of what he promised, and ended up growing the swamp, instead.

I think a lot of us know we're past the point of the ballot box, but even talking about that is met with accusations of being a fed (and I don't blame anyone, as we should all be skeptical).
