The original Oculus Rift came with a warning in the manual explicitly stating that they should not be granted to children younger than 12(14?) years old as there may be long lasting consequences during those formative years where they are still calibrating to reality itself
Not sure why you got downvoted, but your comment piqued my curiosity and I listened to it. He strikes me as quite the philosopher. Also, doing a quick search prior to listening to the lecture I learned that he was a freemason, so maybe he knew something that others don't. It was a very interesting lecture. Thanks for sharing.
