Honestly, what have the United States become? Not a single individual or group have the guts (or resources?) to take out the traitors in the White House? Then you f*cking deserve to be taken by China. Nobody even wanted freedom the past 2 years, so why not sign up for a life long slave contact with the CCP.

Been there, done that. 1 year ago when everyone was going full covid hypochondria, afraid of getting ill, afraid of living and breathing fresh air, I made a decision, which was the best ever : I decided to skip sodas, snacks and sweets altogether, eat much more healthy, and most importantly, I exercise every day except Sunday. (Every second day weight training for 90 minutes, and cardio/running for 60m in between those days)
I'm in my mid-40's and now my physique is like when I was 28. I sleep better, feel better, look better, and I'm....fit to fight against whatever comes! Try it! Remake your life for a better stronger you, while the world around you is pissing their pants of the thought of catching a cold.
