Position of power is relative. Allow me to tell you the true story (I can give you the addresses of the buildings) of three jews a loan officer, a landlord and a judge who all went to the same synagogue.
When the Northridge earthquake happened, the landlord was a very small time player, fewer than 20 rental units and they were all leveraged so his net worth was less than $100k. He went to the loan officer who approved a loan for $10mil. He used that to buy and office building that had been damaged by the quake and sue the city for allowing a quake to damage his building. A case that should have been thrown out, except there is one judge that handles these kind of cases, so he awarded triple the buildings value in damages to the landlord.
This money was used to buy up more damaged buildings and file more lawsuits. The children of the loan officer and judge went on to marry the children of the landlord. The landlord told me of all this freely, he was very proud of stealing ~$100mil from the goyim. No one was ever prosecuted for this scheme. Was it even illegal? The loan was in the discretion of the banker. Judges are supposed to disclose conflicts of interest, but that's not something you go to prison for. These are the kinds of scams jews do on a daily basis.

You really have to oversimply these things to talk about them. The truth is there are a thousand factors happening at once. More likely if a civil war comes to the US it will be red v blue (at least initially) than white v black.
Plus there are more factions than black and white, there are mexicans and asians. Mexicans are more of a threat to the whites, but everyone will ally against black. Blacks really have no chance of winning an open race war. Asians and whites have no trouble working together. Mexicans and whites can likely come to an agreement.

You don't need to use any. It takes anywhere from 6-18 months for your hair to heal and rebalance it's oils. You can detect a very faint oiliness to the touch, much like a healthy house cat, but it will look and feel clean after simply being rinsed with water. Same with the skin.
