I think Alex is playing along for Stew to get his message out. He isn't really saying that Stew is wrong in this clip.
Stew did slip up and mistakenly call it a pentagram instead of a hexagram. Alex didn't use that as a gotcha, he just talked through what may just be a devils advocate position based on what many of his audience might believe about the symbols.
This clip alone doesn't prove anything to me, one way or another about Alex Jones. I think he is playing along as a devils advocate.
ACLU have never been pro 2A, as far back as I can remember. One of their biggest fair criticisms has always been that they are picking and choosing civil liberties if not defending them all.
I believe they were captured by the US political left over 20 years ago. Their bias is even more apparent in the last few years (e.g. https://thehill.com/opinion/civil-rights/391682-the-final-nail-in-the-aclus-coffin/). It has likely been under Soros influence for years, and being used as a political weapon for his own ends in ways that don't align with their stated core values and mission (https://www.aclu.org/press-releases/aclu-awarded-50-million-open-society-foundations-end-mass-incarceration).
Of course freedom of speech is not a principled value the modern left holds, and that is easily observable when they push weasel words like hate speech to shut down or criminalize speech they don't like.

I don't know what the abstract of the provisional filing in 2015 said. It probably made no mention of COVID-19. You're making a claim without actually showing the receipts. The red text makes a claim about the 2015 filing and the screenshot is of the 2020 filing.
