seems to me, "oldies" stations that play stuff from the 50's & non-hippie/non-hard rock 60's are hard to find on regular FM.
when i drove cab, i'd play old school rockabilly and early Beatles. zoomers to boomers loved it. there's probably money making potential there for a local station.
