Since most such crimes happened after GPT, (which has Strong Safety-controls installed), why do you think this AI company is responsible for what happens when used ? - And too, Ropes & knives & guns & glass etc. by themselves do NOT kill. The person using them, does. = DRUGS (as you should know having used them) Are totally different. ALL drugs (no matter what) are straight up Poisons !

GPT is merely a "tool" = it can be used for pure evil. ~~ Yet it can also Magnificently help...
