Are the most 'healthy' humans those that eat fruits, vegetables and nuts WHILE abstaining from meats? I argue no.
Humans have fire. Cooking the meat allows us access to nutrients other 'animals' cannot access.
But in general, most of my preferred diet is expertly cooked meat and fresh fruit. Then an even amount of dairy, grain and the occasional vegetable & legume.
Out of curiosity, since you eat grains and occasional vegs, have you looked into oxalates and oxalic acids? I noticed good changes after I cut those out of my diet many years ago, but recognize they affect people differently.
I looked it up and IDK, I can always eat more meat and dairy but I’m mostly trying keep away from snacks, processed food and the such currently.
I raise a lot of my fruits and veg, and know oxalic acid mainly from asparagus and rhubarb. I find both to be delicious, but one makes your pee smell weird and the other is said to have poisonous parts. I don't know, Is oxalic acid high in other vegetables and problematic?
I enjoyed both too but rarely eat them anymore. Foods high in oxalates are fairly random, spinach and chard being some of the highest, avocados have some. You can find extensive lists online fairly easily.
People with kidney, inflammation and/or autoimmune problems tend to have more problems from oxalates, but they can affect other body parts and functions.
Sally Norton has extensive research on the subject, and YT has some good videos too.
Looks much the same as a "push" poll with the information provided
Humans have the intellect to make weapons to hunt. This is depicted in 2001: A Space Odyssey.
I’ve tried carnivore, keto and paleo diet for the past 20 years. They’ve all greatly improved my health. Certain blood types will dictate which diet is best for you, but plants are not food, they are medicine and/or animal feed.
Ya, eat right for your blood type. Great book, but relies on theories of evolution to make many conclusions, but many other conclusions are drawn from clinical observations.
For sure, carnivore is the best I have come across. I limit to wild meats and farm eggs, but I also carb cycle any two days eating fruits, beer, pizza, pasta, sushi, and I like wild mushrooms. Carnivore is difficult for the long term and no one can be perfect, I need a life too.
Agreed. Evolutionary theory is nonsense but the diet based on blood type results have been clear in my circle over the past 20 years, so I’ve drawn conclusions based on those observations.
Observations are important, remember we can miss things or misconclude things too. There's more to food than just nutrition, there is spirit we are wasting when we do not appreciate our food. The combination of clean eating, wild or home grown, avoiding toxic foods and foods with unavailable nutrients, or, anti nutrients, is the foundation BEFORE considering blood type though.
These dental studies over what foods we are designed to eat are all irrelevant:
Fruitheads say “our mouth shape and tooth shape dictate we only eat a pants”
Meatheads say “we have fire therefore meat can be softened and consumed without problem”
Very few people ever bring up “our mouths and teeth are designed perfectly for complex language”
No animal could achieve as much as we have simply because their communication is limited. We have the mouth that can create language, and therefore express deeper thought.
Food type is almost irrelevant (just avoid all processed oils, sugars, and carbs)
The mouth shown for "herbivore" is a horse mouth and seems intentionally misleading. I own horses, they have fangs between their molars and incisors. Males generally have 4, females sometimes less. Arguably they are vestigial or there as weapons, but they are there. Also, I have seen my horses be opportunistic feeders often, they will absolutely eat baby chickens, frogs, mice, eggs, and insects.
If you believe in pseudo science of big bang and evolution, then you might conclude with a logical fallacy that money's have teeth like us so we should eat toxic veggies.
Carnivore diet works best when you eat wild meats only and thank the animal for it's sacrifice. Then, while you eat it, thank the animal for it's life and tell yourself that you feel it's energy and you will honor it's sacrifice, and tell your body that it should grow strong.
This world is NOT what you think it is.
Ever heard or read (((them))) saying we all have to stop eating meat to reduce carbon emissions? This graphic is (((them))) saying "giving up meat is good for your health, goy!"
people were conditioned into eating meat. way more than intended. also it's immoral and we should be better. we're not animals.

Gayyyyyy
Devoid of any understanding of basic biology of human stomach, intestines, EAA and EFA needs.
Also zero understanding of human evolution.
Really. If you get your education from memes, there's no hope for you. Fortunately natural selection will do the rest.
Easy to disprove : Try that and die a slow nutrient deficient death.

among the reasons it's bullshit:
The herbivore in the picture has it's canines removed, like most horses so they can take a bit.
Take a male and female human, set them innawoods and get them to bring a child to term. See if it's even possible without them relying heavily or even exclusively on animal meat.
It's only through technology and cooking and abusing the shit out of our environment that we can pretend we don't REQUIRE meat in our diet.
We do not require fiber in our diet.
We are obligate carnivores doing everything we can to deny our true nature for the past 10,000 years. We also like to eat fruit, but there is nothing we can get from fruit and plants that we cannot get from a whole animal.
Wow. This is a very good organized collection of 'design' attributes.
I only speak of design in the context of the structure of design of a mechanism, meaning arrangement.
What is your problem? I made an observation not an implication. YOU'RE the one saying imply. Doctors study the design of the human body, meaning its arrangement of systems. Do you have a problem with that?
You don't understand plain English and you are adding in shit I didn't say. Fuck off.
a) Suggested (appetite) tempts one to ignore perceivable (hunger).
b) Consumption (inception towards death) generates preservation (life)...an all-consuming existence.
c) Instead of reasoning over what to devour, try adapting to being (life) devoured (inception towards death). Resistance is not only fertile; it resists APPETITE; noun (Latin appetere) - "to long for, desire; strive for, grasp at"
Suggested pluralism (we) distracts perceiving singular (one) from discerning self.
dude seriously FUCK OFFF!
just ignore him or block him. Not sure what he is hoping to achieve but I never read his comments or bother to engage with him
