I agree with this. I think Elon was "turned" some time ago.

You can tell They are freaked out by the sheer amount of shillage on r/conspiracy. I must have seen the pic of Elon with Ghislaine in the background posted eight different times, along with every other dumb Elon slam.

How much shall we see here?

The guy who's public biography is a total fabrication & who is actively working to connect your brain to a network of low-orbit satellites was "turned"? Please, do elaborate.

This is an instance where "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" doesn't apply.

He, like Trump, is perfectly capable of driving liberal brain damage to complete madness while also marching further toward the singularity.

BoberFett 2 points ago +3 / -1

Even if he is, that doesn't change the trajectory of society, and at the very least breaking the spirit of the commie masses is a worthwhile result.

Are you a liberal? Try to resist, brother!

GoldenRatioed 6 points ago +7 / -1

When asked to elaborate on something clearly asinine

"You must be a librull"

Primate98 1 point ago +2 / -1

As strong assertions came before the request and he didn't seem to be familiar with the idea of "turning", I was not quite certain the request was other than rhetorical flourish.

Also I'm not sure you know the definition of the word "asinine". Also I'm not certain you're using the idea of quoting quite correctly. Otherwise, thanks for your input!

Ad hominem retort and nothing else, weak :/

Primate98 2 points ago +2 / -0

Are you saying being a liberal is a bad thing? Nevermind. I shall in the future endeavor to follow the model of your own contribution here and nothing else. strong :/

I agree we can't get too excited about musk, he'll probably sell out like trump, still I hope for the best who knows.

GoldenRatioed 4 points ago +5 / -1

Unlike Trump, I think Elon's (or rather, the people behind him) actually playing chess. Every move he makes is nothing short of marketing brilliance, but the actions themselves pave way to plunge us further into an irrecoverable technological hellscape.

He's the perfect trojan horse. His would-be detractors are too pre-occupied with his edgy antics to see what he's actually laying the foundation for. I'd loooove to be wrong, but his track record is too long.

Soperp -1 points ago +3 / -4

he might be getting set up as the next trump, a famous rich guy who becomes president who then sells out

pizzakek 1 point ago +2 / -1

I disagree...

I think this is some deep move to secure Elon spot as "saviour" (in the sense described by Albert Pike: "When the people need a hero, we shall supply him") while allowing them to track dissent on a more accurate basis.

Let's see:

Musk restore free spech, while authenticating every user

State pass laws about "hate speech", request from twitter all data about offending users

Offending users are now legally tracked and fucked

You are fucked, Elon is a hero for making sure you are.

billionaires are capable of being good people

I dont think so

Questionable 2 points ago +3 / -1

Are you speaking from personal experience? Is this what you believe of human nature? Are you using yourself as your example for humanity?

VicariousJambi 2 points ago +3 / -1

I don't think the people in power let you become a billionaire without being a child rapist.

Questionable 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thank you for clarifying your statement.

The people shrieking about Musk never cared about Saudi owned Twitter interfering in our elections and culture. I don't care if Musk is evil incarnate, at this point in the war for humanity, the enemy of my enemy is a useful tool.

the-new-style 0 points ago +1 / -1

Musk's 9.3% stake, making him the top owner, was bought from Morgan Stanley. The next two were Vanguard and Black Rock.

The Saudis are not even in the top 5 shareholders and own less than the 9% / 70m shares at the IPO

Mad_King_Kalak 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think he just bought it to keep himself from getting banned.
