It is not plausible that you got that from what I wrote. You are not acting in good faith.
One of the tell-tale signs of a fraudulent photograph is evidence of an attempt to make it unverifiable. That is not to say there might not be some other reason for it, such as deliberately discrediting a legitimate photo. Who knows? Maybe Hunter Biden hung out with Lady Gaga in a hotel room while she smoked crack. I would like to see all the available pictures to see if this was actually a doctored version of one of those. I don't think that's unreasonable.
Because it can be found on YouTube, if you know exactly what you're looking for, that means it's not suppressed technology? What kind of logic is that exactly?
You have lamented that service providers have blocked videos from your video host and that there is an alternative host while deliberately leaving out the simple fact that what you have repackaged is on YouTube by the original uploader and does not seem to suffer from any blockage issues. You are using these alternative platforms to deceive us unto thinking those videos have been scrubbed, depriving the video creator of revenue in the process. You yourself said that this topic was "one of the largest, most aggressive conspiracies ever."
The device you posted is not an engine that powers itself. According to the video, it uses well over 175 feet of steel wire (and presumably an additional equal amount of copper wire) to power one blinking LED light for a limited time. In fact, it could very well be that that YouTube channel was set up to demonstrate just how impractical these "hidden technologies" are to implement. I've seen DIY solar content out there that I thought was paid for by energy companies to dissuade people from using solar power.
You also have a habit of using excessive technical jargon in ways that lead me to believe you are trolling. Even your username is suspect.
How does this photograph demonstrate a fringe minority? It looks like he was going for that cheesy "I'm holding up the tower!" photo and got it wrong. Or, "Bye , have a safe drive through the storm!" Or, "Look at me, I'm a lightning wizard from Hogwarts!"

The people who were killed, whichever side they were on, should be identified out of respect for the dead. If a pattern emerges, it might shed light as to which side would be motivated to carry out such an atrocity.

With 5G, remote drone piloting will get a lot easier. I think a lot of this anti-5G stuff could be the Russians/Chinese (dun dun dun) who fear this.
It might also be the aviation lobby. 5G interferes with some of their existing radio infrastructure and they don't want to have to pay to overhaul their equipment.

If we could look at many of the images and compare them, we could debunk this pretty quickly if that were the case. Also, are there other available images of Lady Gaga in that same hairstyle that is a perfect match for what was in the photograph? That would indicate it was photoshopped in.

At university, students would often leave library books they were studying on the tables to be picked up and shelved by library staff. I would sometimes read the pages they left open.
Once I came upon a table full of social work books aimed at undergraduates. It was the most abject anti-drug (mostly marijuana) propaganda, almost approaching Reefer Madness levels. They make sure the people who wind up getting jobs as case managers have had their fill of the Kool-Aid.
Businesspeople getting their laptops stolen in China is a concern they are briefed about before visiting. Is there a place that has a list of these kinds of files that are known to not be from the infamous laptop from 2020?
