How does this photograph demonstrate a fringe minority? It looks like he was going for that cheesy "I'm holding up the tower!" photo and got it wrong. Or, "Bye , have a safe drive through the storm!" Or, "Look at me, I'm a lightning wizard from Hogwarts!"
