Maya astronomical calculations even accurately dated a 1991 solar eclipse. These ancient people built monuments that to this day are still lined up with the solar equinox's. Did they really do it just by recording shadows from a stick in the mud? Or perhaps we should listen to what these old stories say when they say this knowledge was given to them. Whatever, if its all a lie, its one written into the very face of this planet.

I also think raw energy has no weight, although this seems to be a tricky question. I consider light a pure form of energy and if its photons had mass it wouldnt work.
