privatizing its banks

In reality, all banks in Ukraine are private. Some have partial state ownership, but that does not make them less private.

However, about privatization of state enterprises - p.10 of public version:

Increased transparency at state-owned enterprises (SOEs) privatizing state-owned entities and investing in improving management of those remaining in government hands are key objectives.

helping more schools teach English

p. 12 of public version:

... include building capacity of English language teaching, will ensure Ukrainians have access to the knowledge and skills, including English language proficiency, to participate in the transatlantic economy.

encouraging its military to adopt NATO protocols.

p.6 of public version:

ensure continued supplies of military and security assistance and provision of and training for new military capabilities.

Obviously, if you supply NATO weapons to the military, military have to adopt NATO protocols to be able to use that tech that was designed for use with NATO protocols.

Regardless of usual arrogance and ignorance of original document with baseless wishful dreaming, in the article about this document POLITICO for some unknown reason thinked out some "private version", making things even more ridiculous as they are without that unnecessary lies.

If the document itself is just a source of lulz for any sane person, the POLITICO article about it creates perplexity regarding sanity of MSM even inside their own imaginary world.

May be I missed something, but I didn't notice any additional information in the article, that is not in that public release. Not even talking about publishing that "private version".

How a document with "FOR PUBLIC RELEASE" label, hosted on the official government site could be "leaked"?

POLITICO imbeciles account downloading a clearly intended for public release document from official site as "obtaining leaked report"? MSM lie even about their workflow now? What's next?

"When we thought that we finally reach a bottom, somebody knocked from below". :)

I took a closer look at how that insurance trick was done. It is fascinating. There is reinsurance company РНПК (Russian National Reinsurance Company). This company have a single founder and owner - take a breath, it is funny ... - Central Bank of Russia. To fulfill the conditions of the maritime law, paid authorized capital was set by founder at 750B RUB - above whatever limit set in maritime law for state-backed insurers. In addition, Russian government signed a backing of that company. Since the founder is CB, this company capital is really unlimited. CB could set it to any value. So, just changing limit in maritime law would not help. They will have to completely remove the whole part about insurance by state backed company with unpredictable consequences. Also, it would be extremely hard to somehow deny validity and capital of the company founded by CB, it will severely harm Central Banks validity as whole. If CBs is not enough to back insurance, then nothing could be enough, not even talking about some private capital. You know that worship of CBs among political establishment - CBs are untoucheable and unquestionable. :)

Seems like London insurance cabal fucked around and found out. If they want to mitigate their losses, they will have to face that dark, nameless and scary CB owners. :)

Unfortunately, nearly all laws written intentionally in non-human logic and language. If you ever tried to dive into that shit, you had to notice this complete unnaturality with weird sentencing, using murky terms to name ordinary things, endless "hyperlinks" to other laws or articles or addendums and so on. And if you will be able to reach the bottom ot that barrel of shit and use the law against those who is behind it, then law would be simple rewritten soon to prevent such things in future.

Shortly, if you need a lawyer to use a law, then it is not a law, it is a tool to oppress you. And if you suddenly was able to use the law for your benefit, it is not your achievement, it is their fuckup and they will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Maritime law is not an exception. Incident with Sealand lead to immediate rewriting maritime law to exclude any possibility for regular people to found their own states legally.

That forgotten insurance thing was not used against western insurance cartel before, so, I think soon they will try to rewrite maritime law again.

And yes, being complex things laws have holes and grey routes, intentional, created for those who allowed to use them, and accidental, due to mistakes and neglect. It only depends on who you are, if it allowed for you to use them or not.

As for MSM, they just do not want you to know how the things really work. To avoid reasonable questions and exposure of the shit going on. If you tell readers that it is not necessary to pay huge money to London insurers and any country could easily keep that money home, than there will appear a lot of questions not only to the London insurers, but to the countries authorities too. That's inadmissible.

Is there some reason why no entity in Russia, or some country friendly to Russia, can provide insurance?

Really, there is a hole in maritime law exploited. According to the law, any port obliged to service any vessel under flag of some state if it is inshured by a company registered in that state with funds above some level and backed by that state. So, there was created insurance company with necessary sum and officially backed by RF government. Now, no port could deny a Russian vessel insured by that company. Also, no Russian vessels need any Lloyd's or any other western insurance anymore. That simple.

Funny, many countries get that trick to the mind. There was some hours of hystery and whining at Lloyd's and other "trusted" insurers, but then they suddenly go silent, looks like they turned to creating conspiracy for changing maritime law to close that "unfair" hole in it.

PS: Guess why MSM do not tell how exactly Russia fucked that stupid western insurance sanctions and pretend to be puzzled how we still able to use our fleet for import and export. :)

It's spelled with a single S

My bad.

and I can tell you didn't watch it

My disagreement with video narrative does not mean that I didn't watch it. Could you believe that not every video will convince me in something. And if something told in video, that does not mean it is truth.

Our brains worked fine, with even more calories to consume, centuries before cheap sugar.

Sugar you buy in grocery is no different from sugar you have in plants or honey or whatever. It is the same disacharide C12H22O11, combination of glucose and fructose. If you change formula even a tiny bit, it just would not be sweet anymore and you will not be able to sell it as a sugar. So even synthetic sugar will still have to be same sugar.

In the distant past humans get necessary amount of glucose from berries, fruits, vegetables, honey, as pure glucose or as sucrose. You could be misled by fact that in the West sugar traditionaly made from sugar cane, that was not used in raw form as food, but in other parts of the world sugar made from other plants, f.e. in Russia all sugar made from beet, and beet is a regular vegetable in our dishes.

So, humans eat sugar from the very beginning in quantities, there is nothing wrong with eating sugar extracted from vegetables. If you are OK with eating berries, fruits, vegetables and honey, then you just can't be not OK with eating sugar. If you do - you have a problem with plain logic.

As well, the fuel for our brains from carbs can be made with many carbs, not just glucose-fructose.

First, fructose can't be used by brain as fuel. Only glucose could. Normal working human brain consume around 120 grams of glucose daily. Our body could extract glucose also from other substances, like starch, but it is much less effective than consumong sugar or glucose. Second - Ketones are emergency fallback for brain cells, for the situation when something is badly wrong with your body and it can't produce enough glucose and even liver is already out of glycogene reserves. It is like using starter to move a car when you out of gasoline or something broke in fuel system. You could do it, but for the short time for slow movement and with risk to fire starter motor and completely drain battery.

So, you need 120g of glucose daily to power your brain. You should eat a lot of starch/proteins/aminoacids/lactates to get that amount of glucose. Or you could eat less and compensate glucose deficit by eating sugar. Taking in account today's quality of food, eating a lot is a bad idea. With glucose and other useful stuff you inevitable will get a lot of unneeded chemistry. With sugar you will get only fructose as excess chemical, which will be normally processed by liver and will be eventually taken out if you are not going to hibernate.

Eating sugar instead of excess food, you replace all that modern food additives, conservants, antibiotics, antioxidants and so on in food with only more or less known to the body fructose. Choose by yourself - 10-20 teaspoons of sugar or additional 300-500 grams of food with who knows what chemicals in it per day.

Fructose rich diet is as unacceptable as ketone shit. It could be even worse, since body will eventually revolt against ketone torture and idiot practicising it will be forced to eat normally, but with fructose-rich diet body will began to prepare for hibernation. Yes, like a bear in fall. High fructose levels is like signal for winter hibernation. Of course, humans do not hibernate, but every mechanism is still in place - stockpile fat, switch all systems to low-power mode. Including brain. And high fructose level is a trigger. Human hardly will fall asleep for months, but will live vegetable life, like all that sheeple around - with low brain activity, lazy to move, accepting everything pushed on. Who knows, may be all that "healthy" high-fructose, sugar-free products propagandised also by such videos is what created sheeple from normal people.

Don't fall to all that anti-sugar bullshit. Eat sugar and use your brain fully - you will be perfectly fine.

You could check miscellaneous groups/communities that direct shills activity in social media - different "climate activists", "LGBTXYZ+ supporters", "NAFO", "ADL" and so on. It's pretty easy. You will find a tons of direct orders - "here is a poll, we should wreck it", "this should be downvoted" and so on. Then just observe how shills fulfill their orders.

As for occasional encounters, shills are easy to detect too - they can't support normal conversations, never answer simple and reasonable questions in dialogues and do not show any ability to provide apropriate reasoning arguments.

When you talk with a normal user, you have a nice natural human conversation and see logical reasoning and clarifying of the opponent points as needed, his own thoughts and so on. You could disagree with him, but you can't deny his authentic thinking. With a shill you see just a stream of patterns and full spectre of conversation tricks to keep his stream of patterns flowing.

Unnatural conversation is what reveal shill in the person. Simple as that.

IDK, but that collection of plates make impression that US states and some towns or counties are masonic lounges.

It is not a secret that masonry played noticeable role in foundation of USA. It is also logical that there are a lot of masonic symbols in everything that connected with USA foundation - they like to leave their marks everywhere. But I didn't think that states themselves are kind of masonic entities deserved to be in one line with lounges.

Ukraine is holding off Russia

Ukraine is Russia. Your sentence have no any sense. There is no intention of "shock and awe" on the indoctrinated population. This war is not against population that just fall under total neocon/liberal brainwashing, it is about creating conditions where that neocon/liberal puppets of global cabal will not be able to project any power anywhere, so nobody will respect, listen or be afraid of them. It is a competition between different groups of TPTB puppets for dominance in the New World Order. Russian puppets clearly winning that competition, and without large civilian casualities you for whatever reason dream of.

with NATO gear that is decades old

Name one thing that is not decades old, that worth something. Model, codename, anything real....

After 1.5 years, Russia has no air superiority and their fleet is getting decimated by a country without navy.

Russian aviation do sorties when necessary, not when it can. Tons of such videos in Telegram with documented results. Could you imagine that there could be completely different concept than that stupid "air superiority". There is just no any reasonable need for permanent presense of planes all over remnants of Ukraine.

As for navy, you suddenly are missing the point why Ukraine have no navy. All Ukraine Navy was completely destroyed at day one. And for some unimaginable reason, for the whole time period since then, only one Russian vessel was severely damaged. I don't even know how such insane rate, something like 20:1 could be accounted as decimation of one who lost only 1 ship in exchange for total enemy navy extermination.

Meanwhile, it could be interesting for you what happened with whole antinaval defence of Ukraine after that single success. Find out by yourself, why it does not exist anymore.

against USA's most modern equipment?

What "most modern equipment"? For more than a year I asking that question without a single answer. For the God sake, could you name at least one that miraclous "USA's most modern equipment"?

Fuck, what I hoping for? You could not even name exact model of shovel that is officially on duty in US special forces.

I'm not very into US internal politics, but usually such attitude to the military end up with growing discontent in ranks. Hardly US Army have no any high ranked stuff who are real honest warriors watching at that insanity with anger and disgust. So there should be some signs of resisntance, but I did not observe that.

Really, military tech is important part of scientific and technological progress on the Earth, regardless of your attitude to that fact. So, dumbing down and humiliating military is a part of conspiracy to completely halt human progress and development. I see that as a bad sign, even if it is about potential rival.

Again? Well, OK, you are welcome. Fuck around and find out. As usual.

But today things are much worse for West.

West have no any useful weapons for such war, West don't have industry that could provide conventional war weapons production rate. West don't have any clue about conventional war tactics and strategy, West completely believe in some insane bullshit they think out for themselves about Russia. And most amasing thing is that all that stupid things West willingly did to itself by itself.

Hardly West even will be able to begin conventional war battles with Russia. If nuclear weapons are written out, then at the first hours of war all that stupid air carrier fleet and reconnaissance/communication planes/satellites will be washed out. Blind and stranded army have no chance even in defence, not talking about offensive.

Trying to do the same thing again and again in hope to get some different result is idiocy. Idiots didn't win wars.

With widespreading of PWM, thanks to cheap power MOSFETs we now have tons of RF noise around, really. :)

Any modern device is a source of RF noise, sometimes noticeable, depending on power consumption, shielding and filtering.

However, all that stuff is barely harmful. Humans have pretty good resistance for RF, for unknown reason. Interesting, is that just occasional side effect of human body design or there is something mysterious in our past that lead to development of RF protection in humans?

Do you understand that "budget" means absolutely nothing if anything with military specs have a random insane high price?

Funding of military have nothing to do with amount of fiat currency. It have everything to do with supplying army with reliable and useful weapons.

Ukraine war proved that ALL modern western weapons are overpriced unuseable and unreliable garbage. So, western taxpayers just line pockets of MIC owners, doing absolutely nothing for military that gets shit instead of weapons.

IDK, but in any country Army have to have some procedure of accepting weapons for the duty. With real fire testing, in real conditions with mud, cold, heat, dust, bad fuel and undertrained personnel and so on, up to using rival's weapons against some new device supposed to be accepted on the duty. If it does not withstand battlefield conditions and enemy weapons - it should not be accepted, it is completely useless for the real war. Big question - does western generals also participate in laundering military budget accepting all that modern crap like real weapons?

Where is all that Western wounderweapons? Name me one, that could really give advantage on the balttlefield with serious rival, please. TR3B anyone?

Move out your ETH into your own waller, then exchange them into anything you want on any other exchange, f.e.

Binance sold its Russian assets to CommEx, but latter does not work in US/EU, so I don't know how Binance now work in US/EU.

Ideas, especially engineering ones, are quite the brain product.

That does not need much fuel. Seriously, are you never got ideas? They just appear in your mind without any effort at all.

Tesla and Leonardo didn't do all the stuff, they got idea, beg for money and pay them to those who did all hardcore engineering job with all calculations and specific knowledge to implement them. Tesla didn't do strength analisys and architect calculations to buld f.e. Wardenclyffe Tower. He just ordered it.

And so on.

Art is also not a kind of thinking intensive task. You need talent for that, not brain power. Similar to ideas. Good artist don't think a lot over his creation. It is usually bad artists who are trying to replace lack of talent with hard thinking and so use brain a lot.

▲ 1 ▼
CrazyRussian 1 point ago +1 / -0

Tesla and Leonardo da Vinci, both low sugar diets, constant barrage of amazing contributions all their lives.

Name that amazing contributions. Ones that really useful and thoroughly developed. They mostly produced ideas, and overhelming majority of their ideas does not work.

You don't need much brain work to get an idea. In most cases they just appear in your mind without any effort when you are thinking nothing. Sounds weird and enigmatic, but that's a theme for another topic.

You need brain work to analyse, check and thoroughly develop idea to the level when it is easily reproduceable and working. Both Tesla and Leonardo was complete loosers in that part.

Computational power isn't intelligence.

Of course. but intelligence just can't exist without computational power.

You can see all the schlomo programmers running on sugars like crazy do nothing but ruin their bodies

That's because they are schlomo programmers, not real ones. Looks like they don't use brain at all, taking in account that modern software RAM and CPU consumption does not correlate at all with its usefulness and features. Schlomo programmers just mindlessly copypaste patterns, nothing more.

PS: Never met highly smart people who was obese or have diabetes or whatever diseases connected with shugar.

They are not very different from regular shugar. They just have some fructose and glucose separately, not as sucrose.

Honey and plant syrups often have different vitamins and other useful things, so they are useful not just as a brain fuel, but for many other things too. Honey is the best, I think. Universal medicine and tasty sweet.

Brain need glucose. It easily obtained from sucrose by splitting it to fructose and glucose in your guts.

Most sweet natural products have same composition - fructose, glucose and sucrose.

But modern food producers like to make high fructose products and advertise them like "healthy" and all that stuff. But fructose does not fuel brain, It mostly processed into substances that intended to support body during hibernation at winter period. Rudimentary function, barely useful for humans.

So, food manufacturers make food that glucose deficient and with excess of fructose, so it is poor with brain fuel but reach with hibernation stuff. Guess why. :)

CrazyRussian 5 points ago +5 / -0

Shugar is an easiest and most effective fuel for your brain. If your body for some strange reason does not power your brain with shugar you consume, then it is not a shugar fault. It is your body fault, that for some reason assume your brain is not worth powering.

Try to use your brain more that usual if you have any problems with shugar. Your body should redirect energy flow to the brain instead of whatever body part it assume more important now.

All that insane anti-shugar hystery is a plain and direct attack on your thinking power. Don't buy it. Force your body account your brain more important than some belly fat and that's all. And eat as much shugar as you want without any side effects.

All those who talk about harms of shugar want you to think less and be dumber. That simple. If somebody try to convince you that shugar is bad for you, he is definitely deserve an immidiate and power punch in his lying face. May be multiple ones.

Shugar is a fuel for your brain. Those who want to deprieve you from the fuel for the brain are your worst enemies.

Yes, I know about all that ketone shit and other possible workarounds to fuel your brain without shugar. But it is like fueling your car with alcohol instead of gasoline it designed for. Yes, after some ugly sex with tuning and adjustments it will work somehow, but never wiill be able to give that seconds to 100mph and lifetime as on gasoline.

If your body use shugar for some weird things instead of fueling brain, then FIX YOUR FUCKING BODY, instead of rejecting brain from most efficient fuel - shugar. Use your brain much more, give your body a simple tip that brain is much more important than anything else. IDK, learn some foreign language, do some cool math, solve some complex problems, whatever. Think more. Make your brain work, and that's all.

People like us, on this forum, feel compelled to resist the transhumaists, the genetic engineering of humans because we feel it violates some cosmic law or rule.

I resist transhumanism agenda not because genetic engineering violates some cosmic rule of law.

You mix the technology with those who use it for doing shit.

Genetic engineering is just a technology, and as any technology could be used for good and evil. The problem with good use of genetic engineering is that for today nobody know how to use it properly. I don't see any problems with fixing genetic diseases or making human teeth grow again, or making diabetes impossible and so on. But to do that you have to know how things works exactly. What to change to get desired result and only that desired result. That is not known yet. Genetic engineering today is at a level of trying to change behaviour of complex CAD software without knowing any programming language and even concept of programiing, just by randomly changing random strings of code to look what will happen.

This level of knowledge is not enough for doing good, but more than enough for doing evil. But that does not mean that genetic engineering is an evil by itself.

What you observe, and what you are resisting is really an arrogance combined with ignorance, in the worst possible combination. Well deserved to resist and hate.

If you take a wider look at those who push transhumanism insanity, you will easily find that they push a lot of other evil things, and the common denominator is again - arrogance along with ignorance. Whatever you take - climatehoax, LGBTXYZ+ agenda, economy, society principles, whatever agenda they have, it will always be driven by a combination of arrogance and ignorance.

Arrogance and ignorance combination is unique in that it is allow to easily do evil, and nearly impossible to produce any good. And it is very effective in producing evil as you might noticed. That is why this deadly combination is thoroughly cultivated and hailed by those evil entities who is behind all that modern mess.
