But when i personally eat poorly I feel the brain fog, and I can feel my "touch" for feeling Energy is diminished.
When I am FASTED.....WOW my "touch" goes insane. I can literally feel all sorts of Energetic presences. And this can sometimes allow me to "feel" a person for who/what they really are.

Stevia doesnt increase glycemic index tho dude. I have tested this with blood monitor that was attached to my arm. I tested a bunch of shit while insurance was covering that machine. But as I said. Cinnamon. And especially Apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon will immediately remediate blood sugar spike.
