I would start by having a higher percentage of placebo in the earliest doses. Then I would talk about the 400,000 baby boomers leaving the work force every year because they are old. Your observations are spot on. I was talking to people about 20 years ago regarding baby boomers when they start to retire or die off and realized the immigration policies of the US were intentionally designed to circumvent these issues. Problem is, the immigrants that come here adopted the trend of low birth rates. Colorado CEO forum back in ~ 2014 touched on this. I think they have a video of that on YouTube.
