I automatically will not click on a title that seems like click bait. I would try to at least inform the reader as to why the article may be of interest. Especially if you include "Must-read" in the title.
Perhaps I would go with:

I forget which episode but it was within the last month. He basically explained when this photo was taken he had interviewed the guy for his other Podcast. This process takes approximately 8 months until you recieve your Possession Acquisition License (PAL) which allows you to purchase a hunting rifle (unrestricted). You need to do this process all over again to get your restricted license which would allow you to purchase a restricted weapon such as a hand gun.
