Notice that the most threatening of the censorship terminology - "hate speech" - was somehow left out of that statement.
Possibly because Jews want "hate speech" laws in place to deal with anyone who mentions Jews in an unflattering manner.
Really strange how jews are the only legally protected race. I dont see any other race with laws designed to specifically protect their feelings.

Eh, they're fundamentally different.
One is the government being the arbiter of objective facts, and it would be good if they were explicitely blocked from doing them.
Hate speech falls within their discretion because it has to do with whether some speech is threatening to the point of justifying violence.

You can disagree with their interpretation (I and do), but they're still two different things.
Would I like to see "hate speech" eliminated from law, or reduced to an immediate and actionable threat of violence? Yes. Do I think threats should be dealt with by authorities before people take matters into their own hands? Also, yes.
Do I think there is ever a reason for thr government to make determinations regarding facts? No, never, no exceptions, which is why I'm fine with the two being dealt with separately.

The way Trump worded this, Elon would be in trouble for labeling and penalizing 'antisemitic' comments on X.
This is twice now (first RFK and now Trump) that's they've instructed them to retain their records.
The only two explanations for this that I can think of are:
They're engaging in some kind of bluff/performance
They're giving them a heads-up so they can destroy their records before the show trials begin

Frankly, it's surreal. It's like this was AI-generated, created from prompts given by an awake and aware person for what they would like to see happen.
Personal confession: a video similar to this one was posted on r//conspiracy_commons, and several of the Redditors "debunked" it as from years ago or some such claim, and I believed it.
On a serious note, I think Trump did not have a very good idea of what he was up against in 2015. He severely underestimated Them and ultimately he--and all the rest of us--came out on the losing end. This time around, any sort of "middle-grounding" or negotiation or artful wording or saying without saying is out the window.

The one law he's made against anti-semitism was an enlargement of section 6(discrim laws): basically, you lose fed funds if you are an organziation that is overtly anti-semitic.
