What if the guy on the rooftop wasn't the guy who actually shot at Trump, but merely a decoy (scapegoat) ?
What do you think of this theory?
Need to analyze the angles and possibility of a "second shooter" aka the real one.
Also, if this one an inside job, i think they intended to hit him. They messed up. They missed. They were not supposed to miss. "Grazing" his ear was not the intention. Heh?
SKY news did an interview of a guy that said the guy who was killed was shot from behind Trump, that he got in the way. Shooter on the roof may have been a decoy
It's possible Crooks was a scapegoat, but early reports are making this very very hard to fake safely.
The AP photo series shows (1) the bullet in flight while Trump's hand is open and empty, (2) Trump's hand to his ear, (3) Trump staring at his bloody hand. Surprisingly hard to fake. Penn & Teller would turn this job down.
The blood on the bleachers and the doctor's T-shirt is not easy to fake, but it's within realm of possibility.
4chan has someone claiming to be one of these two men saying he was not permitted to fire for 3 minutes, he fired after the shots began, and he was fired for it. That may be larping but it shows understanding RoE is essential and the public will want a statement soon about that.
The bullet in flight picture is so unbelievable. What are the odds?
With the number of cameras and the number of bullets, not that surprising! But unless someone runs it on a heat map and finds it suspect, it appears we must take it as real because of its instant production. Even Obama's long-form birth certificate took all weekend to fake. God has ways of giving the glory to himself alone.
Add: Last night I considered that even if Trump's initial blood could be faked, I see no way the white hats would allow anyone of their own premeditatedly to serve as the shooter's corpse, and I see no way they could trust anyone else to perform the activity demanded. Even as a skeptic searching for alternate conclusions I remain unable to avoid the only conclusion being the shooter had intent to kill.
Add: The theory could be falsified if there were evidence the photos of the dead shooter were taken on a different day than the 13th. I'm keeping alert to any analyses of anomalies in photos. Similarly, may Comperatore rest in peace, but I'm certain his family would be civilly open to detailed questioning to ascertain their narrative is fully confirmed, because no cameras were on Corey when he was hit.

I read a thread (cant find it now) on how the SS snipers are reactionary otherwise they'd be popping off at anyone who looks suspicious. It was the perimeter SS/Polices job to confront the shooter and that took too long. The snipers react once they see shots.
I could be wrong about all of that, but food for thought.
Witnesses with zero training saw the man had a rifle. An SS sniper is not going to allow a man with a rifle to get into position to shoot a presidential candidate.
This guy's analysis says they weren't training their scopes on that perimeter. That their range is out way beyond the 400 feet or whatever it was- this is why you see the guy drop his scope to get refocus on the (relatively) close-range shot of the shooter. This guy says this mid-range perimeter is usually covered by local law enforcement working alongside SS for a particular detail. Seems plausible to me but I'll admit I know nothing about this topic:

The supposed shooter took up position on a rooftop only 150 yards away from Trump. I've done a lot of shooting, and 150 yards is nothing. Even with a moderately built 5.56 AR-15, with a moderate scope, it's ridiculously easy, even for a layman, to make that shot. 5.56, in a moderately built AR-15, has 1-2 MOA, which means at 150 yards there's a 1.5 - 3 inch grouping. Furthermore, that round has so little drop at that distance, even in shorter barrel ARs, you can just aim center of the crosshair, without factoring in wind or bullet drop. The Marine Corps (at least it used to, not sure on current training) trains high school kids to make 500 yard shots with iron sites, where the front site post is bigger than the target itself.
There's no way in hell that the Secret Service would allow a rooftop only 150 yards away to be left unguarded or unwatched, unless they're ridiculously stupidly galaxybrain incompetent, or they're in on it.
It's not impossible. I used to bullseye womp rats in my T-16 back home, they're not much bigger than two meters.
When jfk was assassinated the secret service stood down
When I heard about it I immediately thought how did someone get a gun inside of a Trump rally, I figured a roof was 100% out of the question considering they are obvious places for a shooter to get an angle.
They 100% allowed him to take a shot.
Crazy fucking times.
Could be gross incompetence, or .. the alternative which is much worse.
More like: If it turns out that is a telescope, will I be in trouble for shooting this soyboy? On paper no, just like how Derek chauvin got a "fair" trial.
I like how the SS sets up on top of the higher pitched roof of the "Butler Farm Building" but not the lower pitched roof of the "American Glass Research" building.
