Is there any way to avoid birth certs for newborns in the USA and still function semi normally?
posted 2 years ago by YuuugeAsshoe 2 years ago by YuuugeAsshoe +22 / -1

I'm sure having a newborn and avoiding a birth certificate is do-able. But is there a way to have a newborn and not be plagued with problems? What about a social security number, are there alternatives? I would appreciate any insight on the topic.

It is extremely unpromising. This was eight years ago and I'm certain it's worse now than ever:

How a teenager’s viral campaign to prove her citizenship is inspiring a new Texas bill (WaPo 3/12/2015)

I'm sure the WaPo headline today would be: "White supremacists breeding 'ghost' army of domestic terrorists: Experts say the only possible use is for 'final solution'".

When I first came across this article, I realized how far the (Satanic) inversion had come. Instead of being a unique spirit manifested into the Universe with certain attributes like a body and a date of birth attached to that material existence, if you didn't have the right government paperwork then you could not prove you had the privilege to exist at all.

Lol I honestly had very little hope of alternatives.

Yes to both. And it’s not that difficult, but you have to be committed to doing some leg work and spending some time in the law library. In my opinion the birth certificate is not that big of a deal. What makes you a US citizen and not an American Citizen is using the SSN. You can use a CPN instead and still work a job. Again it’s not that difficult but you have to know your shit and rely on that when questioned by the plebs.

Eh, according to my research this isn't true at all. The birth certificate proves ownership/Jurisdiction and the SSN is for taxation. All incoming goods into a Country need a Certificate of Origin via a Manifest. This is what the Birth Certificate is. Once a vessel is birthed then the Country claims Jurisdiction. You, the parent register the child/good and get the Certificate of registry and the State owns the Title/Certificate of Origin. This is why CPS can take your child. No different than you owning the certificate of your car but it can be towed. You must own the original Titles/Certificates of Origin, which the state does.

There are legal theories on how one could obtain your true Certificate of Origin via various steps obtaining and notarizing documents. Start with Birth Certificate and make your way to Certificate of Live Birth -> up to the State Title -> up to the Federal Title. Some claim to have to done this but I have never actually seen proof. Granted, this was years ago when I was looking into the very topic.

Either way though, if you make the state mad regardless of how right you are, they will punish you. Don't expect LEO's or Judges to know anything about any of this or be honest enough to admit your right and have legal standing.

Curious to know where you got that from. Just look up Certificate in a Black’s Law Dictionary and you will see that is not true. This is why I said you have to spend some time in a real law library. Don’t believe the dumb shit you see online.

We are talking about International Commercial Law and UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) here which Birth Certificates fall under. You're not speaking the same language/code that the Government actually uses. Black's Law is great for Common Law.

Where do you think the UCC comes from? They didn’t just pull it out of their asses. Common law really has nothing to do with it. It’s about public law vs private law.

Where do you think the UCC comes from

Not Common Law, it comes from the Law of the Sea/Commerce. Dating back to Rome.

It’s about public law vs private law.

No, it's about Commercial/Trade Law. This is what you're not overstanding. But, by all means... Continue on thinking the Courts Speak in Common Law.

Educating yourself is not pointless. However, trying to play the game within the game is pointless. As I said, the house always wins. That is how the game is set up. So, take the knowledge and use it to exorcise yourself from the game as much as humanly possible. However, as long you're a Citizen, then you're a Subject to a Sovereign, and can be Summoned (interesting word, how can living beings be "summoned" - another topic for another night ;) ) for damn near anything, You are a ward of the state.

If I was a rich man, I'd buy an island, denounce all Citizenship (become Stateless), and declare Sovereignty under International Law. I'd never be allowed privileges or entry into certain States, but, I'd truly be free.

Nothing in life is free though, and everything we've been taught is a lie.

Once you declare “sovereign” status, you become a country with a population of 1. You are your own standing army and every other nation in the world will consider you a foreign adversary. If you bought an island and tried to do that, you’d better be in the club with the rest of the elites or you would be invaded before you could even crack open your first beer as a free man. You can’t be free in this world. This is why the Bible tells you to store your treasure in heaven. You will only find true freedom in Christ.

I'm trying to understand the law a little better, do you know of any forums out there for like minded people? Not looking to argue with bootlickers, I genuinely want to learn.

Thanks!

Are you one of those sovereign citizens?

Are you one of those sovereign citizens?

No, Sovereign Citizen is asinine and an oxymoron. A Citizen is a Subject of the Sovereign. You cannot be both. You are one or the other. For example, the Queen of England, and now the King of England, is the Sovereign. All those who claim Citizenship, are their Subjects. Subject and Citizen is interchangeable. If the King of England wanted to snipe a bunch of people from Big Ben, then he could. If anyone tried to stop him, then he could have them arrested. He is the Law, for the Law is Administered in His Name. The Sovereign.

For sure, I was just hoping there was some alternative. I've met people in the backwoods of Alaska that have nor birth cert or SSN, but they were mostly indigenous that could sponge off of government funding, or people who had family businesses and wealth that could be passed to the next generation, and they simply lived as off the grid as possible.

I like this idea... live in the wilderness of Alaska like Dick Proenneke. Get jobs on the fishing boats when needed. They turn the screws on citizens in trade for comfort and convenience. The only way out of the system is to live rough like the old days. Maybe there is a compromise where you live within the system, but you're not part of it, like a ghost in the machine.

your redpill should not harm them if the parallel society does not come soon.

Imagine trying to get a ligitamate job.

You need one to drive.

I could go on.

If they brush shoulders with current society it would make there lives easier.

But you do you.

Sometimes I see those guys that get pulled over claiming sovereign Drive Away

Homebirth with a renegade midwife. Ask the local homeschoolers. Good luck and maybe get the certificate anyway.

If you're a Citizen then no, you're fucked. There are legal theories (ie. see my comment to SumoSlammer) out there, but when you have a monopoly on force like the state does, then like a casino, the house (state) always wins.

If it werent for the part of needing a drivers license or a job, it wouldnt be a big deal. I wonder if the amish do birth certificates, Ill best most, but not all.

Because Amish babies are normally born at home, most Amish people don't have birth certificates, as these are normally given out in hospitals. It's possible for Amish people to apply for a birth certificate later in life, as they may need one.

Seems it is indeed possible, I wonder what qualifies you as amish?

You'll have to become baptized into the Amish life. This is one of the top requirements to become Amish. Even Amish-born people must undergo baptism before they can play a role in community life. They can't even get married before doing so, as both parties must be baptized as Amish, to get married.

I joked about joining the amish community's but it would likely be a real possibility if I could actually bring myself to believe in an Abrahamic god.

Something feels really wrong about praying to a entity you dont believe in.

Two options:

  1. Become a Secured Party Creditor, when the child is eligible do the process for him/her. In this way, she/he is in the system but free. Learn and teach the child UCC (Universal Commercial Code). That's like being somebody who comprehends how the casino/matrix works and can defend his/her rights. Some links (you can also do your own research for more people who provide this service, I recommend taking a course):

https://makefreedom.com/product-category/initial-processes/ https://www.youtube.com/@christopherhauser3647/videos https://www.bibibacchus1937.com/ https://www.filauniversity.com

Option 2 - Create child's alternative documentation - Bible record, World Passport, REML

https://worldcitizengov.org/what-is-the-world-passport/ https://www.republicamendalerenda.net/

This one is a bit harder on a child and parent but I personally know a mom that moved a child that did not have a birth certificate legally from EU to USA, so it is possible but you need to be educated in the Law. By the time the child is 15, this will be developed and probably a better alternative to SPC as it is out of reach for the cult.

I know they get by, but I'm curious if there is a way that you could still get professional jobs and education. Let's not get into how stupid college education is these days, but you do need the credentials for certain professions unfortunately.

If you want to play their games, you need to have their credentials. It is extraordinarily difficult to try to maneuver around that. Professional jobs are 100% "their games". Illegals are not competing in the game, they are essentially NPCs (purely in the video game sense) and cannot have upward mobility, if that even remains a thing.

If you want to live on the periphery, and are willing do the hard work of figuring out how that life could work and raise your kids in that life, then it is more feasible. You mentioned Amish elsewhere, and that is a decent model. Plenty of them have the documents and play by the rules where they need to interact with government, banks, etc., but there is also room for plenty of their population to not need that stuff.

I thought deeply about this when we had our kids, but we're older and I couldn't convince my wife to do home births (we didn't vaccinate and are homeschooling though).

I think a better thing to research is how long can you delay it and not have problems (if you are going to do a homebirth). Try to find examples of kids getting birth certificates later on (1 year, 5 years, maybe 15 years). Is there some way you can claim "I meant to do it and then got distracted with life and forgot about it for 15 years"? That would buy you more time and put off the decision until the last possible moment (the point at which they need it if they are going to enter society).

If you do that, maybe document the birth event somehow, with some makeshift certificate or something that indicates "I documented the birth happened at this time" so you've got something to show if they question things. Then claim ignorance and forgetfulness. Again, though, before you go down that path find some clear legal foundation that shows it is possible to get one at some later time.

I think of it more as a proof of existence. Either way, it's a lot easier to disappear from the system than it is to join it, if you want to give the kid options.

It's really gonna be proof of ownership.

When driving a big truck in the US, like a big rig, if you want to take your kid cross country, you need a letter from the truck owner and ID of the child indicating its your child.. its all due to trafficking issues...

So when I was driving my 13 yr old daughter with me in MY rig, I carried a letter from MYSELF indicating she was authorized, then carried her birth cert her ssn paperwork, her id, my ID, a note from the mother, a copy of mother's ID, etc etc.. got pulled over in TN and had a 2hr ordeal with the damn cops... thought was gonna have to shoot it out..

Thry will just take the kid "because no proof"... the state thinks they own everything inside their borders...

I really get your purpose and point, maybe go "greyman" then the child can unperson later.. just disappear. No credit, no trail, nothing..

... the state thinks they own everything inside their borders...

Well, they kind of do. Nobody contests it. We might be slightly better off, but we're all still just peasants to them.

But yeah. That stop would have absolutely been a shootout if your daughter didn't have a birth certificate. Then you'd be dead and she'd be fast-tracked to some pedophile. The system sucks, but unless you have the means to fight it or avoid it, you do have to deal with it to an extent.
