Gotta get worse before it gets better man, everything is cyclical… addicts need to hit their own version of rockbottom. Sadly, for many, that’s a linen-lined box.
I'd just prefer we bounce sooner than later, even if its more painful in the moment -> rip the bandaid vs slow tear -> would like to at least see things change during my lifetime, but given other countries trajectories, it doesn't seem likely. Seems like another 50-100 years plus slide at least. Of course, sometimes things change 'overnight'.
Cars and trucks ( had over 200,000 miles on my last truck and it never needed a tune up)
Tires (needed to replace every 10,000 miles now 50,000 is no problem)
Lots of stuff is better
Cordless tools that are almost on par with corded tools, battery life gets better every year
Tools, cars, and more are moving to a "subscription model" where you have to pay rent to the manufacturer to continue using the thing that you supposedly own. The scope of the subscription model will expand as time goes on. It won't be limited to seat warmers for long.
Furthermore, most of the car industry has pledged to stop making gasoline-powered cars and only make battery electrics, even though they are strictly inferior and there's no way the electric grid could possibly support such a move.
Vehicles have never been easier to disable remotely. Some models are legends due to their "steal-ability".
They also disable themselves through idioitic design choices whereby fundamental physical functions are "made smart" to the point where faults that were physically impossible previously can now 'happen', due to a combination of faulty sensors and shit software.
More people getting back to the land and more aware of why self sustainability is important along with waaay more people understanding why the constitution is important especially the 1st and 2nd. Abortion rights are now up to states. Affirmative action ending.
Oh school choice being passed in multiple states and in some that means the state funding goes to the private school of your choice or to you for homeschooling your child. Multiple states making stands against mutilating kid's and babies bodies. I know there are more things. I don't believe the NWO will win in fact they have already lost on their goal for world communism. Perhaps they will have their smart cities with their NPC's but I don't see it going past that. Keep paying cash, get off line more. Make it a point to find local farmers markets and shop small businesses. Refuse to use QR codes at businesses. Get rid of the TV perhaps and smart phone eventually. Grow herbs and some veggies.
I've been redpilled for over 20 years now. The amount of noticing of those responsible for the decline of the West has increased by insane numbers, and the amount of people who know has increased a ton even in just the past couple of years.
I'm not saying it's mainstream popular, but the amount of Whites who used to be civnat cuckservatives and have now transitioned into being actually smart about the interests and future of their people is pretty fucking huge.
It's all fake collapse. Once you die and are gone, all these things you think are irreparably broken will fix themselves just as quickly as they fell apart. They are broken for you not for everyone.
The world isn't falling apart, the media you consume is telling you it's falling apart.
Many things are getting better, we are just at their inception now.
Diet - Health. The Carnivore diet reverses heart disease, diabetes, obesity, slows the growth of cancer, etc. A small portion of the next generation is going to grow up receiving the proper nutrition basically eliminating the need for the pharmaceutical companies except for antibiotics.
Knowledge. The internet is a goldmine of information and we are just now learning how to use it. This easy access to knowledge makes the Truth discoverable to anyone and isn't subject to the traditional gatekeepers.
Those two points are going to positively transform the world in 30 years.
Be careful not to fall into a pessimistic state of mind. Most of us could name something that is not deteriorating, like Jalapeno_gringo, but you say that everything is getting worse because everything feels worse, but that feeling originates from your own perception, which you have a lot of control over.
I grew up in Los Angeles in the 60's and 70's. The air was absolutely shitty. However, the beach was much cleaner. The mountains were cleaner back then also. Definitely changed
Those times were better I'm sure. Based on previous conversations I'm quite a bit younger than you and still during my school days things were noticeably better than they are now. But the rot has been there since before any of us were born. The latest possible date you could pin it at is 1913 when the central banks took over. We look back at where we were as the good times but the reality is they were very much degraded as well, we compare it only to what we have now, but we don't compare it to how things should be. How things were then allowed things to get how they are now. The rot must now take its course. However it ends is up to all of us. Unless these are the actual end times of course and then it is all up to God

This is what I am warning people about.
When I told people about this, they call me a "Doomer".

No argument with where things are going. I was just pointing out a few things that are better. To be honest, I couldn't think of anything else

Support for ethnonationalism among Whites.
It is up. You won't see it on the surface yet it's still too costly to be outwardly in support of such things. But it is happening

I don't. Where on earth do you live?
I just came back from Atlanta. Didn't see one blue haired woman but plenty of burly guys.
Except for you, right?
I definitely wouldn't want to grow up today. Very few things got better, but we definitely lost a great deal of freedom
