My uncle was killed by the hospital who couldn't figure out that he had A lower lung infection until months of repeat visits, each time with him trying to convince them that there was something wrong. Once they finally realized that there was in fact something seriously wrong, they did emergency surgery and he died the next day. I don't blame him for trying over and over; he was a simple man. My wife's leg had a serious blood clot due to a doctor-recommended surgery that didn't fix the issue it was performed for, my dad was addicted for years to painkillers that the doctor gave him for his spine injury (ruined my parents' marriage), my mom has a Gore-Tex mesh in her gut that bothers the shit out of her constantly, my little brother has forever problems with his eustachian tubes due to an experimental procedure with his ears when he was an infant, my wife's mother almost died from a blood clot due to the "vaccine" last year.
The list honestly goes on for probably two dozen more people I know who were fucked up by the "medical" establishment.
I have autoimmune issues (from vaccines forced on me in the 90s) and doctors have been worse than useless. If they don't accuse me of being crazy, they tried to push prescriptions that made no sense.
I eventually came up with my own treatment plan through my own research. I ordered the medications from other countries or am able to get supplements. I am lucky and live in a state that allows me to order certain lab tests myself so I have been able to experiment on myself and have numbers proving what works and what doesn't.
I have found a naturepath (I needed a doc note at work - figured someone not covered by insurance would be more honest) that I respect and who respects me enough that she will prescribe anything I ask, if I can explain it. We even share research papers with one another. She introduced me to low dose naltrexone which has been a miracle worker.
Most doctors do as they are told. They are lazy, fearful, brainwashed, or outright corrupt.
I use no heel, zero drop, open toe shoes and it has done wonders for my fucked up feet. Allowing my feet to splay all the way and open and have no restrictions is nice. Also allowing my feet to always keep myself in posture is nice. My body doesnt rely on a heel, which gets worn and causes insteps. Check them out, you can get pairs for under $40. Similar to the dynamic of why Crocs are so good for the feet.
Edit: Also that supplement stack is quite nice too. Magnesium is huge for the body. I wish I liked seafood, because seaweed/sucshi wrap is so high in natural vitamin E, Magnesium and other essential aminos we need.
Same with the diy beauty products, they charge like $500 for botox face injection, 4 times a year, when you can buy and inject yourself for pennies on the dollar. Same with microneedling.
You may want to look at radio frequency devices, depending on what else you want to treat, and redlight therapy for healing. I got a red and infrared light bulb for about $40 and the face shape ones cost hundreds.
So I had plantar fasciitis (no heel spur type situation) and I wasn't about to go to the dr either...because that is some BS and I knew it would be based on what I read online. So I tried two kind of sock things when I was sleeping and that seemed to clear it up. I also got better supportive shoes. I donated the rest of my shoes, and only wear lesser than shoes for small times. Since then, I haven't had it come back. I honestly think it was brought on from trying snowboarding...Since the shoes are so weird and tight. I also then tried skiing too at the same time.
On another note to avoid doctors, if you ever have any spasms stuff like that...something a chiropractor might treat...They have a cheap electronic pulse device that actually looks like a mini iphone you can use somewhat wirelessly. My husband had an issue with his hip, and the chiro wanted him coming in 3x a week to do that. So I found that, and bought it. It cleared up, and now we just have it for anything we might need it for. If you feel something pinched in your back, or whatever it might be. It was like $35.
My FIL had some bone spurs that randomly went away. But I will keep this stuff in mind in case it comes back.
It's amazing how normal things can work. I honestly feel a lot has to do with what we are putting on our feet. Everyone I see now wears shitty shoes. Mostly house shoes, crocs, and those ghetto prison slider shower shoes. I don't wear flip flops unless absolutely necessary. I did just get some birkenstocks for when I'd need to wear sandals because they're made in Germany. Other than that we wear Brooks.
The only exception to this is when you have an accute, immediate problem with a well-known treatment. Broken bones, flesh wounds, etc.
My son had Scarlet Fever and could have died if not for the doctor recognizing it immediately and us getting treatment, which fixed the problem that day.
Anything long term or complicated, though, forget it.
Nice work, not that you had much choice right? Sucks we have to teach ourselves when we have very high paid specialists that are supposed to do that for us.
Magnesium is a muscle relaxer and needs to be in balance with potassium. But your body is pretty good at tolerating the excess. Epsom salt is magnesium if you want to soak.
Might take a look at Born to Run I know it sounds crazy but there is info on barefoot mechanics and plantar fasciitis among other things. It is NOT a focused book on any condition. It is a fun read with information throughout.
Good luck buddy.
I mean, I went to the doc when I had a torn ligament. Guy patched me up right. Modern medicine can be pretty bad at times, I admit, but it's better than witch doctors.
100%
I use to sell shoes for a living and tried so hard to say this. Granted a feel that way about all dr the foot one pisses me off. I have planters warts atm and I got rid of them with melted butter
DOCTOR, noun [Latin , to teach.] + TEACH, verb - "instruct" aka IN (being within) STRUC (structure; arrangement of the integrant particles)
PATIENT, adjective [Latin patiens.] - "having the quality of enduring" + ENDU'RE, verb transitive [Latin durus, duro.] - "to last; to continue in the same state without perishing"
The process of dying represents DOCTOR; those living within represent RESISTANT...others suggest one to be patient to doctors.
Sleight of hand: (iron maiden; doctor; doctor)...
"Doctor, doctor, please...Don't you know I'm going fast?"
"Doctor, doctor, please...Don't you know I just can't last?"
Absolutely this.

$800 to own it is way cheaper than $1000 per use.
Thanks for sharing OP.
Where did you get it?

Yes, and no I didn't use it lol I just meant for other stuff like back pain, hip pain stuff like that.
Doctors are snake oil salesmen, nothing more. If you need to go, see a naturopath, homeopathic or reiki/energy healing specialist.

Yes, that’s true. Diagnostic medicine is junk science though.

You can get a bucket of msm powder in bulk from the horse stores for cheaper

I got rid of a planter’s wart on my palm simply by keeping it covered with duct tape for a few months. shrug
Well, hell. Guess I got lied to. No warts, though.

Banana peels work for warts too
Thank you
Good post.
> treatment protocols
instructions unclear; dick stuck in bursitis
Good point
My mother is a hard working woman with deliberating bursitis, would these kidney stone dissolving agents help there too?
Be your own 'doctor'. The internet has lots of research papers and, of course, plenty of useful anecdotal evidence.
Here is a site where you can order your own labs/bloodwork - https://www.lifeextension.com/lab-testing/lab-tests-a-to-z. If you live in Arizona, you can order some tests without a doctor's order from Sonora Quest.
If you need metformin or low dose naltrexone - https://agelessrx.com/
My mom uses an app called IndiaMart to order prescription drugs.
