I use no heel, zero drop, open toe shoes and it has done wonders for my fucked up feet. Allowing my feet to splay all the way and open and have no restrictions is nice. Edit: Also that supplement stack is quite nice too. Magnesium is huge for the body. I wish I liked seafood, because seaweed/sucshi wrap is so high in natural vitamin E, Magnesium and other essential aminos we need.
