Add lemon for maximum anti oxidative/anti cancer benefits. Also makes it a lemonade. 16-ish oz's of water, a 1/8-1/4 of a lemon squeezed, cheese grate some rind into the drink, and a packet or 2 of stevia or natural sweetner. It tastes just like lemonade, and the ACV taste is hidden and MASSIVE benefits.
I find the ACV taste is quite pleasant actually. Grew up in a country with a culture of selling pickle juice on the streets during hot days. Kinda strange given how salty that drink is and shouldn't mix well with the temperatures. It reminds me of that flavor.
I am going to have some this morning, having been reminded of it by this post. The most massive benefit I noticed was how the consistency of the stools I passed became more "healthy". I hadn't noticed how it had changed over the years of increasing processed foods in our diet.
I have always suffered from such bloating, especially at night. I even felt like the bloating was so bad it was lifting my rib cage.
Now I down an ounce of ACV with some dichotomous Earth and my stomach stays flat all the time. The dichotomous Earth really helps with constipation too.
Check also "acetylcisteinum". It is a part of glutathione synthesis so, your body will be able to make gluthatione by itself. And it is assimilated better by your guts than glutathione.
May be it is cheaper or more accessible. And result should be the same with less amount.
N-Acetylcysteine + l-glutamine + l-glycine all required to make glutathione inside your body. Most are deficient in NAC and those who are near RoundUp spraying are deficient in glycine as glyphosate replaces glycine.
Naturally, works for other infections other than just SARS-CoV-2 (or whatever coronavirus is going around).
NB! 50mg daily of zinc (which you wisely don't recommend) one gets near neural damage risk levels in prolonged use, not to mention distorting the zinc/copper balance. I've done both, so have the battle scars :-D
Selenium at high supplementation doses "clean up" glutathione, because it is a ROS agent - so not ideal. Body can innately deal with excess glutathione much more safely (been there, done that, lived to tell the tale):
Lysine is also a great addition, so many of my clients too are constantly deficient (mainly due to poorly implemented vegetarian/vegan diet).
As for R-LA, the last time I checked, standard (cheapest) R-LA is fairly unstable and as such not very bioavailable. As such, just as you do, I also recommend stable forms of sodium R-lipoates (Like AOR or LE versions of such):
I took NAC for a while and I didn't really think it had much of an effect; same for my small cohort of family test subjects. I haven't tried taking glutathione directly, yet.
na-c is an internal and over time thing. What it does is help with spike protein reduction, and 1/2 replecated dead cells. Those cells, that are half way thru their life cycle and not splitting because some oddity can be causing cancers. N-ac, Gingko bilboa, and a few other free radical agents help reduce and get rid of that shit via the liver and kidneys. Also na-c is one of the only free radicals that can actually cross into blood brain barrier.
The best way to take in supplements, or any drug, is to get it into your blood stream directly.
Anything that has to go through your gastrointestinal system (stomach) loses its efficacy by half. It has to travel through the hydrochloric acid in your stomach before it can absorbed into the small intestines, and that stuff destroys just about anything.
I try an find my supplements in sublingual form, put under your tongue, for maximum effectiveness.

How much apple cider vinegar do you use in this recipe?
ohh 1 table spoon

I just started trying it and agree.

Naive question: why apple cider in particular? Would other types of vinegar work as well?
Not even mixed with water? Just straight apple cider vinegar?
RIGHT...
gotta have "the mother" singing you a sweet lullabye.

Take Grams of both, not just a few mg.
Good stacks both, recommended. A more thorough list of zinc ionophores is in Table 1 of article:

Good additions. Minor caveats:
Selenium may be toxic after a certain threshold when used in specific forms (like selenomethionine). Ref: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7033057/

Great to see a fellow stacker, kudos Sir!
Nicely done! NAC is fucking awesome.
I had taken NAC for a month or two during college, no noticeable effects except for some mental clarity then.
I take it now, and feel better. If don't take it now and start getting a burning sensation on my throat and chest after a few days.
I suspect some spike protein drama. There are too many vaccinated people where I live.
NAC blocks the spike protein ACE-2 receptor link up. And you are right about vaccinated people shedding, especially if recently vaxxed.
NAC got yo'back.
Wife turned me on to these. Whenever I start to feel like I might be getting sick I start taking 6 every 4 hours or so.
It's either gone the next day or extremely mild. I was skeptical, but it seems to work.

What brand/can you paste a link?

Thanks
QuicksilverScientific also has the similar product line, might be cheaper.
Tends to not be, but it might be.
Good for you.

Super happy for you, Zapz!
If you are deficient in your own Glutathione production it is time to start asking why.but yeah, glutathione works, liposomal version even better.
If you get a huge benefit from exogenous Glutathione, then consider also delta tocotrienols (DeltaGold) and Geranylgeraniol.
NAC is also a liver enzyme IIRC which in too large a dose could be hard on your body so moderate accordingly.
