I took NAC for a while and I didn't really think it had much of an effect; same for my small cohort of family test subjects. I haven't tried taking glutathione directly, yet.
na-c is an internal and over time thing. What it does is help with spike protein reduction, and 1/2 replecated dead cells. Those cells, that are half way thru their life cycle and not splitting because some oddity can be causing cancers. N-ac, Gingko bilboa, and a few other free radical agents help reduce and get rid of that shit via the liver and kidneys. Also na-c is one of the only free radicals that can actually cross into blood brain barrier.
What brand/can you paste a link?

It seems to be the best brand for this kind of stuff.
Got their niacin which is like 500% or 5000% vnr, like 200 pieces for 7 euros.
I'mma stock up on NAC next order, that and some biotin and quercetin perhaps.
