N-Acetylcysteine + l-glutamine + l-glycine all required to make glutathione inside your body. Most are deficient in NAC and those who are near RoundUp spraying are deficient in glycine as glyphosate replaces glycine.
Naturally, works for other infections other than just SARS-CoV-2 (or whatever coronavirus is going around).
NB! 50mg daily of zinc (which you wisely don't recommend) one gets near neural damage risk levels in prolonged use, not to mention distorting the zinc/copper balance. I've done both, so have the battle scars :-D
Selenium at high supplementation doses "clean up" glutathione, because it is a ROS agent - so not ideal. Body can innately deal with excess glutathione much more safely (been there, done that, lived to tell the tale):
Lysine is also a great addition, so many of my clients too are constantly deficient (mainly due to poorly implemented vegetarian/vegan diet).
As for R-LA, the last time I checked, standard (cheapest) R-LA is fairly unstable and as such not very bioavailable. As such, just as you do, I also recommend stable forms of sodium R-lipoates (Like AOR or LE versions of such):

Take Grams of both, not just a few mg.
Good stacks both, recommended. A more thorough list of zinc ionophores is in Table 1 of article:

Good additions. Minor caveats:
Selenium may be toxic after a certain threshold when used in specific forms (like selenomethionine). Ref: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7033057/

Great to see a fellow stacker, kudos Sir!
