I have been reading that website. The litigation for this is extremely complicated. Just calculating the damages alone is staggering. I am not sure how it can be done except by a Nuremberg style tribunal.
Will changing the blood pH etch the graphite oxide enough to change the impedance so it no longer works? Maybe something else will do it. Bentonite clay might remove the graphing oxide from your system.
I agree with you on that, but I think that we will eventually have to slay the dragon or future generations will have to go through the same thing as we are.
