It's possible that they just want the idiots to cull themselves. Many clues suggest that they are outing themselves intentionally because they want "truthers" to survive and they think we'll be okay with it when it's all said and done as some form of forced darwinism for lack of a better term.
They are satanists, and therefore being a tranny isn't something that I think they're going to attack. Being a believer in God is much more why they'd come after me. They like that a lot less than anything else. With that said, it's much more likely that most of the deaths will come from "vaccines", social pressures, and avoidance of economic backlashing.
It's even worth considering that they may be spreading the rumor that this vaccine is the mark of the beast intentionally o get God lovers to not take it because it's actually going to prevent the people who didn't believe it from getting a future biological attack. That is, we know it doesn't prevent people from getting covid-19 but what happens when everyone who didn't get it get covid-21 because it was designed that way intentionally?
There are lies in every narrative, so it's better just to work on protecting yourself personally and your community than trying to predict all their moves, but it's possible that they don't even hate "conspiracy theorists" because we care about uncovering the truth.

This has to be the least thought-out thread I've read in a while. Is there a problem with what they are doing? Yes. Is it as lacking of nuance and plain-as-day as you think? No.
The problem is that the technically smart atheists tend to end up on the left with their "science" where they break things down to their smallest points and then tend to extrapolate while all the dumb God-loving (not to imply that loving God makes you dumb) people end up on the right making the kind of brainless analysis that devolves into the preceding two comments.

The left tend to think that these things being used for nefarious purposes is completely conspiratorial. They are the least likely to be wary of giving up their DNA.

I think that this is intentional.
My expectation here is that the next step for this group is anger. As they get angry, the media blames it on "anti-vaxers" and "Qanons" who didn't get the vax which meant we don't hit herd immunity.
In a state of personal contention & anger about their own action, they will seek to "right" the situation by placing blame elsewhere. As the government starts doing unusually nice things to people with vaccines, such as providing a standard base income to everyone, this will ultimately lead to an attitude of "there is literally no reason for conspiracy theorists to reject the vaccine" - which will then open the door for them to introduce the "reeducation camps".
At the camps, people will be forced to provide consent to get the tests/vaccine or they will "held indefinitely" which really means that they will be killed while the people outside don't know any better.
The big difference that is being responded to here is that they don't give a fuck if you shit on your neighbor, but if you bring it to their house then they being to care a bit more.
